Welcome to the 4th of July Weekend Roadtrip to Yellowstone via Lolo Pass/the Lewis and Clark Trail group booking page!
Yellowstone really isn’t that far away so looking at doing 5-day scenic road trip taking a couple of days to get there and back with a day back to ride around and explore the park while we’re there. Lodgings have been arranged for the group from sharing a cabin to individual rooms. Special requests can be made and will be accommodated, when possible.
About the Lolo Pass Cabin:
Tucked away in a semi-secluded corner of the property, the hand-hewn Log Chalet offers a warm and rustic escape. This charming cabin features two separate suites: a main bedroom with a King bed and a cozy loft with two twin beds—perfect for small groups. The cabin includes one bathroom with a shower, a small kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, and a wood stove or gas heat to keep things toasty. Enjoy modern comforts like cable TV and Wi-Fi, all while surrounded by the peaceful charm of log cabin living. This also includes a great breakfast in town at the property's sister bakery. Btw, we've stayed at this property before and loved it!
About the Yellowstone Resort:
Located just 20 minutes from Yellowstone, the Resort offers a range of accommodations including hotel-style rooms, condos with kitchens and jetted tubs, and camping. Guests have access to on-site amenities like laundry, a marina with boat rentals, an arcade, restaurant, hot tub, picnic areas, and a playground—making it a great base for Yellowstone visitors alike. As an added bonus, we'll be treated to a firework show and can set off fireworks on July 4th!

Enjoy lunch at the Old Faithful Inn Dining Room or Canyon Village Grill before continuing to the Mud Volcano and Norris Geyser Basin. Itinerary:
- DAY 1 - Thursday, July 3: Head to Idaho. Route, 5:57 - 340 miles
- DAY 2 - Friday, July 4: Breakfast at Bakery. Travel up Lolo Pass/Lewis and Clark Trail with stop at natural hot spring for a soak. Arrive at hotel in time for the firework show. Route, 6:58 - 404 miles
- DAY 3 - Saturday, July 5: Travel around Yellowstone, lower loop. Includes stop at Old Faithful. Route, 4:35 - 187 miles
