📅 Reservation & Deposit Info

• The group deposit requirement is $150 per person. However, most  people prefer to take advantage of reduced non-refundable deposits that may provide better pricing or promotional perks. If you prefer the $150 refundable deposit, please specify this at the time of submitting your reservation. In that case, your booking will follow the standard cancellation guidelines listed below.

• The $50 per person collected initially acts as a reservation hold and will be applied to your total balance.

• If a promotion becomes available that allows us to book with the $50 already paid, your booking will be processed immediately, and you will receive a confirmation with full details.

• If the promotion requires a higher deposit than $50, you will be notified of the difference and given the opportunity to proceed with a reservation hold or adjust payment accordingly to book immediately.

• Final payment is due: August 31, 2026

• Early Saver, VIFP, and casino promotions may affect deposit and rate

• Casino bookings must be done separately and do not include group amenities. However, in some cases, the casino offer may provide better overall value than group perks. You will have the option to choose your booking type, and all guests—regardless of how they book—will be connected to the group for dining.

• You’ll receive a full invoice once your deposit is submitted

• Single occupancy = one person to a room (double rate minus taxes and fees of 2nd guest)
• Double occupancy = two persons to a room
• Triple occupancy = three persons to a room
• Quad occupancy = four persons to a room
• This sailing does not currently have availability for 5 in a room. - you would need two rooms and split them. There are connected rooms available but are on a first come first serve basis. 
• Each person in a room will have his or her own bed. Couples will have one king style bed --two twins pushed together at your choice. 

• Traveling on Carnival Cruise requires a valid state ID and certified birth certificate or a valid US passport. Passport is strongly suggested but is not required for this closed-loop cruise.
• When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you don't select a payment plan, you will receive payment reminders 60 days, 30 days and 10 days prior to the final payment date.

• If you choose the payment plan, you will be able to click back on your invoice at any time to make weekly, monthly or final payment by the due date listed on your invoice. Recommend making monthly payments.
• Please note you should begin looking for flights/train 6 months before the travel event. Some travel sites will allow you to set alerts to advise you when prices are dropping. You should purchase your flight no later than 30 days before the trip.
• We strongly suggest finding a flight/train to get you into Port of New Orleans no later than 12 pm. You should arrive to the cruise port and ship no later than 2 pm. No exceptions! We highly recommend coming into New Orleans the day before if possible.
• Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel confirmations, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.
• Cruise fares are per person which includes children and infants. When traveling with 2 full fare guests, additional guests in the same stateroom pay a discounted cruise fare. Children less than 2 years of age are not required to extend gratuities. Infants must be at least 6 months of age at the time of embarkation in order to sail.

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions and the supplier.
• Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport or travel documents.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
• Monthly payments are encouraged to keep your reservations current.
• You must ensure your roommate/s, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
• Name changes or additions are allowed at Carnival's discretion. Name changes are subject to  service fees and any rate increases.
• Late payment of $25 per person is required after final due date.  (to cover processing fees) All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
• You are responsible to keep Destinations by Nea informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication for your personal reservations.
