General Pricing & Availability
All prices listed are per person, based on double or stated occupancy, and are subject to availability and change until the required non-refundable deposit is received and applied by

Carnival Cruise Line. Cabin categories, promotions, and rates are controlled by the cruise line and cannot be guaranteed.

Deposits, Payments & Cancellations
All deposits and payments made toward your cruise reservation are non-refundable and non-transferable once submitted to Carnival Cruise Line. Any changes, cancellations, or no-shows may result in the loss of all monies paid, per Carnival Cruise Line’s terms and conditions.

Travel Protection
SimpliTravel by Kim LLC highly recommends travel protection. Cruise fares are non-refundable, and unforeseen circumstances such as illness, weather, job changes, or personal emergencies may impact your travel. Carnival Vacation Protection or a third-party travel insurance policy may help protect your investment and health. Declining travel protection is done at the traveler’s own risk.

Gratuities & Inclusions
Unless otherwise stated, advertised rates include prepaid gratuities and Carnival Vacation Protection, so there are no surprises related to these items.

Loyalty Programs & Promotions
Carnival VIFP numbers must be provided at the time of booking to determine eligibility for loyalty perks or promotional offers. Discounts and onboard credits are not guaranteed and are subject to Carnival Cruise Line approval.

Group Travel Disclaimer
Group amenities, rates, and perks are based on minimum group participation and cruise line policies. If group requirements are not met, Carnival Cruise Line reserves the right to adjust or remove group benefits.

Smoking Rules
All staterooms, inclusive of balconies, are entirely smoke-free environments. Smoking is prohibited in all staterooms and balconies. Guest who smoke in these areas will be assessed a $250 USD cleaning and refreshing fee on their Sail and Sign account
