While this is a group trip, you are not required to attend any scheduled/unscheduled group events. You are encouraged to mix and mingle, make friends, and plan to connect how you see fit! Everyone must reserve with Picture Perfect Escapes agency only or you will not be a part of our group or participate with any of the Black Marriage Club events.
All room rates include the cost of our private events. Rooms are based on availability at the time of booking. If sold out you must book the next available room.
This trip is NON REFUNDABLE for ANY REASON UNLESS WE CANCEL. - Registration must be reserved in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
- If you do not have your passport yet, that information can be skipped in the registration section. Once you get your passport information please email that information to the agency at info@pictureperfectescapes.net.
- All registrations have to be paid in full by March 28, 2025 . Any reservations not paid in full by the final payment date will incur a late penalty of $200.00. Please reach out to the agency if you have any questions.
- Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Picture Perfect Escapes, LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
- Travel Insurance: Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. You are responsible for purchasing your own insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (which you should), most carriers require that you purchase the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase while others on the day of your initial deposit. Cancellation policy:
Cancellation must be received in writing. The following cancellation terms apply. No refunds are made for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused services during this trip. Travel delays, trip cancellations, trip interruptions, loss of property, and medical services will not be reimbursed and must be submitted to passenger's travel insurance for claims. Picture Perfect Escapes LLC is not held liable for any aforementioned incidents.
A $150.00 per person NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due to secure your booking. Space is subject to availability and still has to be booked.
If cancellation notice is received after final payment, the following terms apply:
• "No Show" situations where the traveler does not check in and denied boarding situations are not covered
• Non-refundable hotel rates
• If the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining travelers will be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate
• Nonrefundable travel agent fees if applicable
• The cost of the travel protection plan
