You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in the form of a future travel certificate. VPP must be added to your booking by final payment. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.

You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 24 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 5pm the day prior to departure for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of a future travel certificate, known as a VPP Voucher, less the $49 VPP plan cost.

VPP Voucher Information:

After all that sea exploration, you might start feeling hungry. It's time to head to the beach club and savor a delicious buffet with refreshing beverages (including alcoholic drinks and cocktails).
If you're in the mood to relax, go to the beach, where you can lie on Balinese beds or lounge chairs while enjoying the sea breeze. We recommend renting a golf cart and taking a tour if you prefer to explore the island. Before returning to Cancun, dare to stroll through the island's downtown area.

Journey into the jungles of Mexico for an exciting ATV and zipline adventure. Hop on an ATV and enjoy a thrilling drive through 19 kilometers of lush jungle trails in the Mayan rainforest. You’ll stop at a jungle clearing and descend into one of Mexico’s famous cenotes for a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters of this incredible cavern. Then, soar through the tropical canopy and admire panoramic views of the exotic flora and fauna on a zipline course through the jungle. The excursion ends with a delicious buffet lunch surrounded by the Riviera Maya’s beautiful nature.
