Is my deposit refundable?
Your deposit is non-refundable and applied to the balance of your trip. It is also non-transferable.
Are there any COVID 19 requirements?
There are currently no COVID requirements. HOWEVER, this can always change. please do your research using the link provided below.

Is Trip or Medical insurance included?
Please note that trip or medical insurance is not automatically included in your coverage. However, we can provide you with a quote upon request if you are interested in purchasing travel insurance. You will have the option to either decline or request this additional coverage, allowing you to make an informed decision that suits your needs.
Is Travel Insurance needed?
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen events. A comprehensive policy provides financial coverage in case of trip cancellations, interruptions, or other unexpected situations.
Travel insurance can typically be purchased before making your final payment, making it easy to include in your trip planning. Taking this proactive step ensures peace of mind, so you can focus on the excitement of your upcoming journey, knowing you're well-protected.
How much does the retreat cost?
The retreat offers a comprehensive and holistic experience, catering to one's spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being. It encompasses various components that address the mind, body, and spirit. Prices start at $1,510 per person, based on triple occupancy.
When are my payments due if I select the payment plan?
If the payment plan is selected the deposit of $100 per person will be due at the time of selection. The remaining payments will be equally split with final payment due June 1st, 2025.
How do I make payments?
According to our booking policy, the primary traveller is the individual who enters their information in the primary traveller field and is responsible for all payments, while additional travellers are designated in order (e.g., second traveller, third traveller, etc.), with the primary traveller remaining the main contact for all booking and payment matters.
Can I add a roommate?
Yes, when selecting your rate please select the double occupancy rate. Please note all roommate information need to be entered at the time of booking and must match the name on the passport.
Can I attend the retreat alone?
We warmly welcome solo travelers to join the retreat, offering a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and experience a transformative journey. Please note that single occupancy rooms are limited, so we recommend registering early to ensure your preferred accommodation.
Can I opt out of the excursion and photoshoot?
We regret to inform you that the specified components are inclusions in our comprehensive package, and as such, we are unable to offer an opt-out option for these options.
Are flights included?
No, please book your flights and provide flight information at least 90 days prior to the trip to arrange for airport transfers.
What is the best time to book my flights?
We recommend booking your flights as soon as you register for the retreat to secure the best prices. The ideal time is usually 3-6 months before the event.
Do I need a passport?

Do I need a visa?
US Citizens do not require a visa. For all other nationalities please check with the relevant embassy.
Will I have a chance to explore the local culture or surroundings?
Yes! Our retreat includes an excursions to explore the local nature in Costa Rica.
How much free time will there be during the retreat?
We aim to balance structured activities with free time. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to relax, explore the resort, or reflect on your experience.
