Inquiry:

  • You will receive your quote within 72 hours of submitting the inquiry form and fee
  • Two revisions are allowed per quote -If request is submitted within 7 days of receipt of the initial quote
  • Supplier information will not be given until travel is booked with deposit
    • If you need trip research ONLY for self-booking, please select the trip research option. 
  • PLEASE NOTE ONLY ONE DESTINATION IS INCLUDED PER INQUIRY 
    • IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL DESTINATIONS RESEARCHED, PLEASE ADD IT TO YOUR PURCHASE 
  • ALL TRAVEL PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME
  • TRAVEL IS ONLY SECURED WITH A DEPOSIT &/OR BALANCE IN FULL
 
 

Fees:

  • Inquiry fee is $25 (Includes booking of your travel)
  • Travel Research ONLY $50 (Does not include booking of your travel)
  • Travel Inquiry fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable
  • YOUR INQUIRY WILL NOT BE RESEARCHED WITHOUT A COMPLETED INQUIRY FORM & PAYMENT OF INQUIRY FEE
 

Cancellation policy:

  • Travel inquiries fees are not reimbursable through travel protection.
  • If a quote is accepted, cancellation policies will be communicated in your trip confirmation.
