TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Divas Destinations. We are excited to host you aboard Virgin Voyages' Resilient Lady for an unforgettable Caribbean escape. By submitting a deposit and/or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

This sailing is open to solo travelers, couples, friends, and groups.

All guests must be at least 18 years of age on the date of sailing.

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS

• A deposit is required to secure your cabin.

• Cabin assignments and pricing are subject to availability until a deposit is received.

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Reservations are not confirmed until written confirmation has been provided.

• Prices are subject to change until a deposit is received.

PAYMENT PLAN

• Monthly payment plans are available.

• Travelers are responsible for making all payments by the scheduled due dates.

• Failure to make payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.

• Final payment must be received by the supplier's final payment deadline.

• Any late fees or supplier-imposed penalties are the responsibility of the traveler.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Cancellation penalties are governed by Virgin Voyages' terms and conditions.

• Divas Destinations does not provide refunds for missed payments, missed flights, missed embarkation, personal emergencies, illness, weather delays, or unused travel arrangements.

• Any applicable supplier penalties will be deducted from eligible refunds.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Travel insurance may provide protection for:

• Trip cancellation

• Trip interruption

• Medical emergencies

• Travel delays

• Lost or delayed baggage

Travelers declining travel protection assume full financial responsibility for any losses incurred.

REQUIRED TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

• Travelers are responsible for obtaining all required travel documentation.

• A valid passport is strongly recommended.

• Names provided at booking must match government-issued identification exactly.

• Divas Destinations is not responsible for denied boarding due to incorrect documentation.

AIRFARE & TRANSPORTATION

Unless specifically stated:

• Airfare is not included.

• Airport transfers are not included.

• Transportation to and from the cruise terminal is not included.

• Hotel accommodations before or after the cruise are not included.

Travelers are responsible for arriving at the Port of Miami in time for embarkation.

CRUISE FARE INCLUDES

• Accommodations aboard Virgin Voyages

• All standard onboard dining venues

• Essential beverages

• Wi-Fi for 1 device

• Group hosted activities by Divas Destinations

• Entertainment and onboard experiences included by Virgin Voyages

GROUP ACTIVITIES

Divas Destinations may host optional group activities before and during the cruise.

Participation is voluntary.

Activities may be modified, substituted, or canceled due to weather, operational changes, supplier requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

CONDUCT POLICY

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward fellow travelers, crew members, and suppliers.

Virgin Voyages reserves the right to remove any passenger whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate.

Any costs associated with removal from the sailing are solely the responsibility of the traveler.

HEALTH & ACCESSIBILITY

Travelers are responsible for determining their ability to participate in this trip.

Guests requiring special accommodations should notify Divas Destinations at the time of booking.

Accessibility requests are subject to Virgin Voyages' policies and availability.

PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE

By participating in this hosted group cruise, travelers grant Divas Destinations permission to use photographs and videos taken during the trip for promotional, advertising, marketing, and social media purposes.

Guests who do not wish to be photographed must notify Divas Destinations in writing prior to departure.

RESPONSIBILITY

Divas Destinations acts solely as an independent travel advisor and agent for travel suppliers, including but not limited to cruise lines, airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and excursion operators.

Divas Destinations shall not be held liable for:

• Injury

• Illness

• Loss of property

• Theft

• Delays

• Supplier cancellations

• Weather events

• Acts of God

• Government actions

• Mechanical failures

• Missed connections

• Changes in itinerary

All services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Submission of a deposit or payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all applicable supplier terms and conditions, including those of Virgin Voyages.
