By reserving space and submitting payment toward the Divas at Sea 2028 — Southern Caribbean & Aruban Nights sailing with Divas Destinations, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as the applicable terms, conditions, Ticket Contract, and fare rules established by Virgin Voyages.
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
A reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been successfully processed and accepted by Virgin Voyages.
Cruise fares, cabin inventory, promotions, Sailor Loot, incentives, and other offers are subject to availability and may change until your reservation has been confirmed.
Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee a specific cabin, fare, or promotional offer.
Your individual deposit amount and final payment deadline will be listed on your TravelJoy invoice.
Failure to make required payments by the applicable deadlines may result in cancellation of your reservation according to Virgin Voyages’ policies.
CUSTOM PAYMENT PLANS
Custom payment plans may be available for your convenience.
Your personalized payment schedule will be reflected on your TravelJoy invoice.
Although TravelJoy may send automatic payment reminders, each traveler remains responsible for ensuring that all required payments are made by the applicable deadlines.
VIRGIN VOYAGES FARE TYPES
Virgin Voyages cancellation and change rules depend on the specific fare type attached to your reservation.

Each traveler is responsible for reviewing the fare type shown on their reservation before submitting payment.
VIRGIN VOYAGES CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation terms are established by Virgin Voyages and are based upon the fare type booked.
LOCK IT IN FARES
Lock It In fares are highly restrictive.
Payments are generally 100% non-refundable, excluding eligible taxes and fees.
Lock It In fares generally do not include:

ESSENTIAL FARES
120+ Days Before Sailing
If canceled within 7 days of the initial deposit, eligible payments may be refunded according to Virgin Voyages’ policy.
After the 7-day grace period:
119–45 Days Before Sailing
Voyage fare payments are generally non-refundable.
However, eligible payments may be transferred to Future Voyage Credit according to Virgin Voyages’ applicable fare rules.
44 Days or Less Before Sailing
Voyage fare payments are generally non-refundable, excluding eligible taxes and fees.
Virgin Voyages may permit changes to eligible secondary travelers according to its current policy.
PREMIUM FARES, ROCKSTAR & MEGA ROCKSTAR QUARTERS
120+ Days Before Sailing
If canceled within 7 days of the initial deposit, eligible payments may be refunded.
After the grace period:
119–45 Days Before Sailing
Payments are generally non-refundable.
Depending on the applicable fare rules, travelers may be permitted to:
44 Days or Less Before Sailing
Voyage fare payments are generally non-refundable, excluding eligible taxes and fees.
Certain traveler-name changes or reservation transfers may still be permitted according to Virgin Voyages’ current rules.
Virgin currently states that taxes and fees remain refundable regardless of timing.
FUTURE VOYAGE CREDIT
When Virgin Voyages provides Future Voyage Credit, its use is governed entirely by Virgin Voyages.
Future Voyage Credits may be subject to:
Divas Destinations does not control the issuance, value, expiration, transferability, or redemption rules of Virgin Voyages Future Voyage Credits.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
Travel protection is strongly recommended.
Voyage Protection must be accepted and paid before your reservation is paid in full or before the applicable final payment deadline, whichever occurs first, subject to Virgin Voyages eligibility requirements.
Travel protection may help protect your vacation investment when qualifying unexpected circumstances affect your travel plans.
Travelers who decline protection understand that cruise payments may become partially or completely non-refundable according to:
Travel protection benefits, exclusions, claim decisions, and reimbursements are governed by the insurance or protection provider and not by Divas Destinations.
PREPAID SERVICE GRATUITIES
Virgin Voyages service gratuities are separate from the voyage fare for bookings created on or after October 7, 2025.
The exact gratuity amount applicable to this 7-night sailing will be reflected in your TravelJoy invoice or provided separately once confirmed.
If you elect to prepay gratuities through Divas Destinations, they must be paid by the applicable final payment deadline.
CABIN OCCUPANCY
Cruise pricing is based upon the cabin category and occupancy selected at the time of booking.
Changes from:

NAME CHANGES
Reservations must be made using each traveler’s full legal name as it appears on their government-issued travel documentation.
Virgin Voyages name-change rules vary according to the fare type and the date the change is requested.
Where Virgin Voyages permits a name change, additional supplier or Divas Destinations administrative fees may apply.
PASSPORTS & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documentation.
Because this sailing departs from and returns to San Juan, Puerto Rico and visits international destinations, a valid passport is strongly recommended and may be required depending upon the itinerary and traveler citizenship.
Travelers are responsible for confirming all entry and documentation requirements for:

AIRFARE
Airfare to and from San Juan, Puerto Rico is not included unless specifically stated otherwise.
Travelers purchasing independent airfare assume responsibility for:
Divas Destinations strongly recommends arriving in San Juan at least one day before embarkation whenever possible.
OPTIONAL DIVAS CONCIERGE PACKAGE
A separate Divas Destinations Concierge Add-On may be offered closer to sailing.
The package may include services such as:

The Concierge Add-On is optional and is not included in the cruise fare unless specifically stated.

HOSTED DIVAS DESTINATIONS EXPERIENCE
Divas at Sea 2028 is a boutique hosted group experience.
Planned experiences may include:
Participation in Divas Destinations activities is always optional.
Activities, times, locations, and themes may change based upon:
No refund will be issued for voluntarily missed hosted activities.
SOUTHERN CARIBBEAN & ARUBAN NIGHTS ITINERARY
This voyage is scheduled as a Southern Caribbean & Aruban Nights sailing aboard Scarlet Lady.
The itinerary may include Aruba and other Southern Caribbean destinations as established by Virgin Voyages.
All scheduled ports, arrival times, departure times, and itinerary details remain subject to change by Virgin Voyages.
Virgin Voyages reserves the right to modify:
Divas Destinations is not responsible for itinerary changes made by Virgin Voyages because of:
CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED THROUGH DIVAS DESTINATIONS
All cancellation requests must be submitted to Divas Destinations in writing.
The effective cancellation date will be determined according to when the cancellation request is received and successfully processed with Virgin Voyages.
A $25 Divas Destinations Cancellation Processing Fee per reservation may apply in addition to any Virgin Voyages cancellation penalties.
LATE PAYMENTS
Reservations not paid according to the applicable payment schedule may be subject to cancellation by Virgin Voyages.
If Virgin Voyages permits a reservation to be reinstated or extended after a required payment deadline, a:
$100 Divas Destinations Late Payment Administrative Fee per reservation
may apply in addition to any supplier fees.
Extensions are not guaranteed and remain subject to Virgin Voyages approval.
NAME CHANGE ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
Where permitted by Virgin Voyages, an approved traveler name change may also be subject to a:
$100 Divas Destinations Name Change Administrative Fee per person
plus any additional supplier fees.
TRAVELER CONDUCT
Divas Destinations is committed to providing a respectful, welcoming, and enjoyable group environment.
Disruptive, abusive, threatening, illegal, harassing, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from Divas Destinations hosted activities without refund.
All travelers are also subject to Virgin Voyages’ onboard conduct policies and Ticket Contract.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE
Photographs and videos may be taken during hosted Divas Destinations activities for future marketing and promotional purposes.
By participating in the hosted trip, you grant Divas Destinations permission to use photographs and videos unless you provide written notice before departure requesting not to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY
Divas Destinations acts as an independent travel advisor and group host.
Cruise transportation, accommodations, dining, entertainment, shore services, and other voyage components are provided by:
These suppliers are responsible for delivering the services they provide.
Divas Destinations is not responsible for:
FORCE MAJEURE
Divas Destinations shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or itinerary changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Any refunds, credits, or voyage changes resulting from these circumstances remain subject to Virgin Voyages and supplier policies.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By signing or submitting payment authorization, you authorize Divas Destinations and/or Virgin Voyages to charge the payment method provided for the amount or amounts you have approved.
You certify that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
You understand that all payments are subject to the cancellation and refund rules associated with the Virgin Voyages fare type booked.
By signing below, I authorize Divas Destinations to charge the credit card provided herein for the amount(s) authorized.
