• Airfare – Guests are responsible for booking their own flights. Our arrival airport is Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI) in Bridgetown, Barbados. We recommend booking your flights as early as possible, as airfare typically increases within eight weeks of departure.
• Travel Insurance – Travel insurance is not included in your package price. We strongly recommend purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance policy, such as Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage, to help protect your vacation investment. CFAR coverage generally must be purchased within 14 days of your initial trip deposit (subject to the insurance provider's terms and eligibility). Travel insurance can help cover eligible trip cancellations, medical emergencies, flight delays, lost baggage, and other unexpected travel disruptions.
• Optional Excursions – Optional excursions and activities are available for purchase before the trip or while at the resort and are not included in your package.
• Government Room Levy – The Government of Barbados requires guests to pay a Room Levy of USD $10 per room, per night, payable directly to the hotel. This government-imposed fee could not be included in your Summer Escape package and is subject to change by the Bajan government.

We encourage every guest to plan ahead by booking flights early and protecting their vacation with travel insurance so you can relax and enjoy an unforgettable Summer Escape experience!

*A $500 late fee will automatically apply on March 6, 2027 to all rooms that are booked and are NOT paid in full by March 5, 2027).  Don't be late!  If total balance is not paid in full by March 19, 2027 your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Our room categories display both Single Occupancy and Double Occupancy pricing. These rates are intentionally listed together and are not a website glitch.

• Single Occupancy pricing is for one (1) guest occupying the room.
• Double Occupancy pricing is per person, based on two (2) guests sharing the room.

All guests are required to have a valid passport to enter Barbados.  We recommend checking your passport well in advance of your departure date to ensure it is valid and has not expired. If you need to apply for a new passport or renew your current one, please do so as early as possible to avoid travel delays.

Important: It is each traveler's responsibility to obtain and carry all required travel documents before departure. Summer Escape is not responsible for denied boarding or denied entry due to missing, expired, or invalid travel documentation.

Summer Escape is committed to providing a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests. We ask that every traveler conduct themselves in a respectful, responsible, and lawful manner throughout the trip.

While traveling abroad, all guests are expected to:

• Obey all local laws and regulations.
• Respect the resort, its staff, fellow guests, and local residents.
• Drink responsibly and make safe decisions.
• Treat all Summer Escape staff, vendors, and participants with courtesy and respect.
• Refrain from disruptive, illegal, abusive, or dangerous behavior that could negatively impact the experience of others.

Guests are solely responsible for their own actions and decisions while traveling. Summer Escape is not responsible for injuries, accidents, illnesses, arrests, detentions, incarceration, fines, legal expenses, or any other consequences resulting from a guest's conduct or violation of local laws.

Any guest whose behavior is deemed unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive may be removed from Summer Escape activities or asked to leave the trip without refund, at the sole discretion of Summer Escape and/or the resort or local authorities.

By participating in Summer Escape, you acknowledge that you are traveling at your own risk and agree to conduct yourself responsibly while representing yourself and our travel community abroad.
