Typically, all fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable for Mommy and Wee Travel Trips, however due to the current COVID-19 pandemic we are adjusting our policies for our 2021 trips. If we are not able to travel due to restrictions that are mandated by the government, we will cancel our trip and reschedule it to stay safe. Otherwise, all of our normal cancellation and refund policies will apply:
Cancellation-Refund policy:

- Cancellation For Missed Payment- A trip will be cancelled after ONE payment that is missed .
-All Payments made to Mommy and Wee Travels can be cancelled or refunded within 2 days of registering for the group trip.
-After these 2 days have passed, all payments made to Mommy and Wee Travels will be nontransferable and nonrefundable.
-Travel insurance may be available to cover things as such.
-Refund window is 2 days(48 hours) after your initial trip registration date.

-DEPOSITS are due by March 31,2020
*First months payment is Due on April 5th,2021
All Other Payments Are Due On The 5th Of EVERY MONTH
Last Payment Is Due June 5,2021*
Monthly trip payments are calculated based on the fact that our Departure Date is 3 MONTHS AWAY!

When this is selected, Mommy and Wee Travels will contact you via email with your travel insurance quote. An email response from you will be required within (2) days of us sending you the Travel Insurance Quote Email.
*Book Travel Insurance with us or another provider but ALL of Mommy and Wee Travels Group Trips REQUIRE Travel Insurance. Those who have not purchased Travel insurance by the 6th week prior to our trip departure will not be allowed to travel with Mommy and Wee Travels and our Cancellation/Refund policy will apply to this.
