Please ensure that you plan to arrive in San Juan on March 13, 2026.
Texas Girl Travel will assist you in planning your pre- and post-cruise hotel stay.
Deposit
Deposits are 20% of your voyage fare (ticket price only, not taxes and fees) and are due at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable.
Gratuities
Guess What? Tips are included in your fare! You should still bring some cash to cover the tips on excursions and while in port.
Online Check-In
All travelers are required to complete the online check-in before the cruise. Upon booking, please download the Virgin Voyages app to purchase add-ons and make restaurant reservations.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend travel insurance. You never know what can happen, and having an extra safeguard helps provide financial security and peace of mind. Travel insurance can be purchased through the Virgin App or Texas Girl Travel. If you do not choose to purchase travel insurance, a signed denial of coverage will be required
Dress Code
Wear what you want on the luxury hotel at sea. Pack something red for Scarlet Night and pajamas for the PJ Party.

119 - 45 Days Before Departure - 100% of the cruise cost will be credited as cruise credit, usable within 12 months of the sailing date.
44 - 0 Days Days Before Departure -No refunds and no cruise credit
Name Changes
Names on the reservation can be replaced up to 48 hours before sailing.
