Terms & Conditions

We are Busy Bee Travel Group and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Busy Bee Travel Group and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
 

Client Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of EACH client to make sure that all roommates are making their payments on time every month and / or that all roommates have paid their trip in full by the final payment due date.  If payments are not received on time and/or if the final payment is not received on time, your trip could be cancelled, and all payments paid to date will be forfeited. 
 
 
 
 
Cancellation Fees
All monies paid towards Essence Festival are 100% non-refundable.  Due to that, there is no fee to cancel, but also, no refunds will be issued.
 
*​​​​It is imperative that payments are made on time, every month.  It is also imperative that the final payment is made by the final payment due date.  Failure to make your payments on time, including the final payment could result in late fees or the cancellation of your trip.
 
 

*Change Fees; effective 10/12/2021

Any and All Changes that are requested after your reservation has been secured with your initial deposit will incur a fee of $50.00 per change PLUS the fee assessed by the Vendor, if applicable.  

 
Changes include but are not limited to:  Names, Spelling Corrections, Date Changes, etc. 
 
 
 
For ALL GROUP TRIPS or Specialty Trips (i.e. Jazz in the Gardens, Essence Festival, other Concert Trips, Foodie Trips or Wine Festival Trips)
All monies paid are 100% non-refundable.

Cancellation Fees
 

*The following applies to NON-GROUP and/or NON-SPECIALTY Trips only; effective 10/12/2021*

Busy Bee Travel Group charges cancellation fees that are PER PERSON and based on the following schedule:

 

If you cancel within 30 days of the Initial Deposit Payment Date, your cancellation fee will be $150 + the Vendor's Fee, if applicable

 

If you cancel 31-60 days after the Initial Deposit Payment Date, your cancellation fee will be $200 + the Vendor's Fee, if applicable

 

If you cancel 61-90 days after the Initial Deposit Payment Date, your cancellation fee will be $250 + the Vendor's Fee, if applicable

 

If you cancel 91 days or more after the Initial Deposit Payment Date, your cancellation fee will be $300 + the Vendor's Fee, if applicable
