All rooms are required to be booked directly through this booking site in order to be accounted for as an attendee for the wedding. The resort has strict policies that require the wedding guest headcount to match the numbers within the room count. Any guests that stay offsite or outside of the group block are subject to fees up to $ 300/person daily to attend wedding activities. Although the formal wedding dates are November 22nd -26th , the booking link will allow you to book as low as 3 nights and add up to 3 nights prior to and after the wedding at the rates that have been negotiated  specially for your group. Please let us know via email if you'd like to add additional nights to your trip and have trouble doing so while completing the form. 

Although bed types aren’t guaranteed, you may list your bed type requests in the notes section of your booking or via email to us. Please  note that the final confirmation on this aspect is contingent upon the operational dynamics and current occupancy levels of the resort, which means we cannot guarantee this with absolute certainty.

Deposits due are $100/room to secure your space. You are welcome to make partial payments or payment in full at any time. Payments are due in full by October 11th.

If the Room is canceled with more than 31 days prior to Check In, no charges or fees will apply. If the Room is canceled within 30 days prior to Check In, a 3 night payment penalty will apply and will not be refunded.

Subject to the foregoing, in the event of No Shows by any guest of the Group, the payment made will not be refunded and the full amount will apply as a cancellation charge.

Early departures are Non-refundable and will be charged for the entire stay of the confirmed reservation If any guest leaves the Resort prior to the date of Check Out, any payment already made by the guest, as applicable, will not be reimbursed and will be charged for the totality of the reservation made.
