What's not included:

  1. Bar Tab with the exception of any complimentary bar items from Exhale Host
    1. Guest that book with Exhale Travel between May 1st-30th will receive a complimentary $50 bar tab credit per cabin!

  4. Any services, retail or additional expenses accrued outside of all-inclusive Virgin Voyages catalog
 
 

Itinerary:

  • Day 1 Sunday: Miami, FL-Cruise departs dock at 5pm, EST. 
    • For those needing transportation to/from MIA, we will communicate a meeting place for transfers via email and text.
    • Unpack and Unwind. Join your group for a Meet and Greet dinner at 7:30PM. 
    • Theme: Chocolate City (Please wear your shades of brown, cream, tan)
  • Day 2 Monday: At Sea
    • This is your 1st full day to explore the ship activities and eateries. We'll have NO set itinerary this day. Please book your restaurant experiences and Grand Turks excursions in advance
  • Day 3 Tuesday: Grand Turks
    • Group Excursion-TBD
  • Day 4 Wednesday: At Sea
    • This is your 2nd full day to explore the ship activities and eateries. 
      • Join us for a poolside Group photo (Time TBD, Theme Hawaiian)
      • Ladies-Stick around and chill for our Jacuzzi Chat 
      • Fellas-Hit Deck 6 or 16 for Cigars, Convos & Casino
  • Day 5 Thursday: The Beach Club at Bimini
    • So Many Options!! Feel free to hang out by the ocean, rent a cabana, or grab a seat by the pool for the infamous floaty party with live DJ, food and beverages.
    • Schedule an excursion or hang out at the neighboring resort for shopping and casino time. 
      • This is our final night together, a Group dinner and social hour will be scheduled for 8PM 
  • Day 6 Friday: Miami, FL-Cruise arrives to dock around 6:30am
    • If you have a flight scheduled this day, the suggested times should be after 10am. Breakfast areas will be open
    • Stay a little longer in Miami? We can book a hotel stay if you'd like to spend a night partying and exploring in the city!!

Cancellation policy:

Deposits are non-refundable for all Exhale Travel and Events bookings. We strongly encourage the purchase of Travel Protection to secure your investment. Exhale Travel and Events follows the cancellation guidelines for Virgin Voyages.
Cancellations made within 7 days of booking will receive a full refund less deposit; 7+ days will receive a full refund valid for Future Voyage Credit to be used within 1 year. 119-45 days before voyage cancellations warrants a Future Voyage Credit to be used within 1 year. 44 days before voyage is non-refundable however can be transferred to another person within 48 hours of departure. 
For private group trips hosted by Exhale Travel and Events, all transferred bookings must have a traveller information card on file.

On Virgin Voyages' Scarlet Lady, the Sea Terrace is their standard balcony cabin — but with a signature twist. It features:

  • A private outdoor terrace with a handwoven red hammock (a signature for Virgin Voyages), perfect for lounging with ocean views.

  • Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that bring in lots of natural light.

  • Inside, the cabin has a clever, modern design: the bed can be reconfigured into a lounger (called “Seabed” mode) during the day for more open space.

  • The décor is bright, minimalistic, and stylish, with nautical and playful accents.

  • The bathroom is compact but modern, with a good rain shower.

  • Amenities include a tablet that controls lighting, TV, temperature, and curtains, plus luxury touches like mood lighting, plush bedding, and eco-conscious toiletries.

 

The Central Sea Terrace is essentially the same as the regular Sea Terrace, but its location is midship — central on the ship. This placement gives you:

  • Easier access to elevators and popular ship amenities.

  • A smoother ride (less motion compared to cabins at the far forward or aft sections).

Sea Terrace

  • This is Scarlet Lady’s standard balcony cabin.

  • It features a private outdoor terrace with Virgin’s signature handwoven red hammock (super popular for lounging with ocean views).

  • Inside, there’s a seabed that can be configured as a traditional queen-size bed or split into two twin beds during the day to create more living space.

  • Decor is sleek and modern: light wood tones, clean lines, high-tech lighting (mood lighting that matches the time of day), and a tablet to control the lights, curtains, and TV.

  • Includes a rainfall shower, large flat-screen TV, minibar, and lots of USB ports.

  • Located all over the ship’s mid, forward, and aft sections — depending on what you book.
