No, payments are not automatically drafted.
Can I make manual payments on my trip whenever I like?
Absolutely! You can make payments ahead of schedule or submit additional payments at any time. Many clients prefer to pay more than the monthly minimum to reduce their balance faster.
When is the latest I can pay my deposit?
Your deposit is due at the time of registration to secure your spot and lock in current pricing.
Rates and availability are subject to change until your deposit is received, so it’s always best to secure your space early.
What if I need to cancel my trip?
I strongly recommend purchasing travel protection to safeguard your investment in case of unexpected emergencies or cancellations. Travel insurance quotes will be provided separately. If you need to cancel, all cancel request need to be emailed to Natashia.Ruiz@cruiseplanners.com.
Are flights included in the package?
Airfare is not included in the package. Guests should book their flights into Seattle - Tacoma International Airport (SEA). Roundtrip ground transfers between SEA, the cruise port, and the hotel can be arranged. If you need assistance with flights feel free to reach out.
