Day 1- Arrive At the Beautiful Resort
Check In- Experience Check in EEWTRAVEL Style! Leave Your Bags, Grab A Drink! And commence to Party!
Meet & Greet Party- It’s Time to Rep Your HBCU (wear HBCU attire repping your favorite school or City) We will be donating to the school that has the most representation, also we will give away prizes from A Game of Questions & Answers. Swag bags and Ticket Trivia.
Day 2- Join Us on A Tour of Jamaica, Ricks Cafe and Boat Ride to Bobby Cay. Later that night Party with us 8 to Midnight...............
Day 3 - Do Your Own Thing That Day. Come out that night and party with us from 6pm until after Midnight. It's The Exclusive Exotic Experience with Rita Brent and Funny-Brenton Live from Jamaica.
Day 4 - Come out and enjoy our Praise Brunch, 11am until 12:30 pm. @ 7pm enjoy a send of pool party Jamaican Style

Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy
At Exclusive Exotic World Travel (EEWTRAVEL), we are committed to providing you with exceptional travel services. Due to the nature of our business and the costs incurred to secure your travel arrangements, the following non-refundable cancellation policy is in effect:
Cancellation Terms:
- All bookings are non-refundable.
- If you must cancel your travel plans, we encourage you to contact our customer service team to discuss your options.
Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking. This can provide compensation for unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel your trip.
- Please review the terms and conditions of the travel insurance to understand the coverage details. We encourage you to purchase Cancel For Any Reason Insurance, that will cover for any reason.
- We offer FAYE INSURANCE
Exceptions:
- In the event that Exclusive Exotic World Travel (EEWTRAVEL) must cancel your travel arrangements due to unforeseen operational circumstances, you will be offered a full credit to be used for future bookings within 12 months.
To Cancel Your Booking:
- Please contact our customer service team at Exclusive Exotic World Travel (EEWTRAVEL). Cancellations must be received in writing.
Acknowledgment:
- By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our non-refundable cancellation policy.
POLICIES (Please read carefully)
1. Booking room reservations with the EEWTRAVEL be a sign of you understand and accept our policies and procedures.
2. All deposits and payments made to EEWTRAVEL are non-refundable and non-transferable. We have negotiated special pricing with our vendors that doesn’t allow us to issue refunds per our contractual agreements. No exceptions.
3. Reservations made in your full legal name at the time of booking, must match your passport and ID.
4. Payments must be made on time and is to remain current to avoid room cancellation.
5. Please make sure that your roommate is reliable. If your roommate cancels or fails to make payment…you are responsible for paying the remaining balance at the single occupancy rate.
6. If your roommate is not ready to make their room reservation, they will have 30 days from when the initial person books their room reservation.
7. Travel insurance is not required but is highly recommended to protect you from unforeseen circumstances (ex: death in family, extreme weather conditions, flight cancellations, etc.) that may prevent you from being able to attend your trip.

9. Passports are required for international travel.
10. You are responsible for booking your own flights. We do not accommodate flight bookings.
Round trip flight information must be submitted to EEWTRAVEL. No Exceptions!
LATE PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:
1. It is expected that all scheduled monthly payments be made on time.
2. Any account that is two (2) months past due will be canceled.
3. A fee of $200 is required to make a name change for a roommate.
4. To cancel or modify a reservation, please send email to eewtravel.com
- One Traveler- means one person staying in the room. Select this option if you do not have a roommate.
- Two Travelers- means two people staying in the room. Select this option if you have a roommate, both will be responsible for paying the one invoice. Note: If you want separate invoices. You must book separately with the same room category and select one traveler. Once completed, send an email to eewtravel.com , immediately after booking so that your rooms can be merged. Failure to do so, will result in a single occupancy rate .
- Three Travelers - means three people staying in the room. Select this option if you have 2 other roommates, all 3 will be responsible for paying the one invoice. Note: If you want separate invoices. You must book separately with the same room category and select one traveler. Once completed, send an email to eewtravel.com , immediately after booking so that your rooms can be merged. Failure to do so, will result in a single occupancy rate .
