Cancellation policy:
If you’re booking more than 120 days prior to the start of the voyage, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
After the 7-day grace period (but still before the 120-day window), you can receive a full refund on any payments, excluding your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time.
Between 119 and 45 days, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit (FVC), good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date.
Once you’re within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send someone else in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage if you really can't sail. Please note that taxes and fees will be refunded regardless of when the booking is canceled.

The Central Sea Terrace on Resilient Lady is a mid-ship balcony cabin, offering around 185 sq ft of interior space plus a private balcony (40 square feet) with Virgin’s signature red hammock. Its central location provides a smoother ride and quick access to elevators, restaurants, and lounges—perfect for convenience and comfort at sea. It’s considered the best location for balancing convenience and comfort, especially for those sensitive to seasickness.
