What's included in this trip:

 
  • All-inclusive stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres in Playa Mujeres,  Mexico.
    • Your all-inclusive stay includes a luxury stay in a king or double bed room with full bathroom, all meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, unlimited room service, and access to all amenities on site.
  • 20% discount per person on spa services and 10% discount per person on spa products: valid once per person, per stay and not combinable with any
    spa promotions or coupons.

    • Please note flights are typically released 330 days before the date of travel. You must give your flight information to Bryant Getaway Vacations by August 15, 2026. This information is required for your transportation to be arranged to/from the airport.

5. Airport transportation

  1. You can add this on for $95 roundtrip per 6 person van at checkout.  Not per person but per van.

Itinerary:

All rooms are currently held from October 1-7, 2026; however, you choose when you want to arrive/depart. Stay as little or as long as you want!
  • October 1-4: Guests arrive (it's up to you when you want to arrive!) and enjoy what the property has to offer. For any updates about potential events please refer to Brooke and Miles's wedding website (https://yanceywallacewedding.minted.us).
  • October 5 - Wedding day!
      •  Wedding- 4:00 pm Gazebo
      • Cocktail hour- 5:00 to 6:00 pm Beach
      • Reception-6:00 to 9:00 pm Beach
  • October 6-7 - Checkout / Day of leisure

Instructions to book:

  1. Choose your package* (click on package name to see more information about room).
  2. Select "Book Now."
  3. Select number of travelers.
  4. Select your package.  
  5. Add insurance under "add extra options" if you want it (click on names of extra options to see more information).
  6. Additional nights option is for those adding dates on to their stay (the prices are for 4 nights).
  7. Click "Continue to Traveler Information" after you have chosen all options you would like.
  8. Enter all information requested** (if you have your passport information, please enter it; if you do not have your passport yet, bypass this and send Bryant Getaway Vacations your passport information when you receive it).
  9. Enter additional traveler information if more than a single occupancy room.
  10. Enter payment information and pay $200 per person deposit or full amount.
  11. Final payment date is July 1, 2026

**Passports must be valid for 6 months AFTER travel date 
 

Payment Plans:

  1. At booking, a $200 per person non-refundable deposit is required.
  2. Payments will be automatically made bi-monthly with the card you use to make your deposit (unless you contact Bryant Getaway Vacations before payment with new card information) on the following schedule:
    1. July 15, 2025 - $200 per person
    2. October 15, 2025  -  $300 per person
    3. February 15, 2026 - - $300 per person
    4. July 1, 2026 - Final payment
  3. Please note: If booking is made at a later date, fewer payments will be required. Final payment date is July 1, 2026
 

Cancellation policy:

Deposit of $200 per person is non-refundable. Penalties may apply for any changes made after booking has been confirmed. 
March 1, 2026 - 50% penalty
July 1, 2026 - Nonrefundable

You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in the form of a future travel certificate. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.
 
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 9AM local time of the hotel the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the GPP, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of Vacation Express future travel certificates, known as a GPP Voucher, less the GPP plan cost 
 
  • Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
  • The vouchers are non-transferable and name changes will not be accepted.
  • Passengers have one year from original date of travel to rebook and travel using their voucher toward another package to any Vacation Express destination.
  • GPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original GPP voucher, however your original voucher's expiration date will not change in the event you have to cancel your trip again.
  • Under no circumstances does the GPP allow for a full or partial cash refund, nor can it be extended.
  • Please check with your airline for their specific requirements.
