All parties sharing a room must be deposit ready.

When booking online, the full deposit for all travelers in a room is due immediately.
👤 Lead Traveler Responsibilities:
- Please make sure that you included the travel agent's name you are booking under. Or type N/A if you did not book via a travel agent.

The lead passenger should collect deposits and make one transaction to reserve the room.

If you prefer separate invoices, request this via the Traveler Info Form. After the initial group deposit, each person may then pay individually.
