- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
- All your payments to Paradise Life Travel & Tours and Elite Lifestyle Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Reservation must be made in the traveler's Full Name as it appears on your passport and Government ID. A name change fee will be assessed for any corrections.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- Rooms with more than one guest will be responsible for any price difference if any party in the room cancels and is not replaced with a new roommate.
- Roommates must complete separate registration forms and submit their deposit (if applicable) to secure a reservation if they intend to pay individual deposits.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
- Itineraries are subject to change to accommodate scheduling, weather, safety, of harmony of travelers. Elite Lifestyle Travel assumes no liability with changes to the itinerary by all third parties.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current and active.
- Currently, a VISA and a Yellow Fever Vaccine are required to travel to Ghana. If changes happen, we will alert you via email.
- If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements. You must pay close attention to your travel dates when making your flight arrangements.
- When arranging flights, pay close attention to travel dates. Our group flight will depart from the US on December 15, 2026. to ARRIVE in Ghana for hotel check-in on December 16, 2026. Your departure flight from Accra to the US should be scheduled for December 22, 2026. The airport you will fly into and out of is Kotoka International Airport (ACC).
- Airline seat assignments are solely up to the airlines.
- At check-in, a credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated room charges. Elite Lifestyle Travel will not present a credit card on the traveler's behalf.
- If a name change is allowed with a $250 name change fee + any vendor’s fees.
- Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
- All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline.
- Elite Lifestyle Travel and vendors have the right to change or update itineraries without notice.
- Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for nine months beyond travel dates.
- All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. If the U.S. dollar devalues, Paradise Life Travel & Tours and Elite Lifestyle Travel reserve the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
- It's the traveler's responsibility to keep Elite Lifestyle Travel informed of email address changes, as this is our primary form of communication.
- The pictures used in this marketing are stock, AI photos and not to confirm the itinerary tour.
- The deposit is due at the time of reservation.
- We have two forms of payment for travel. Full payment is accepted, and payment plans are available.
- The final itinerary will be provided within 30 days before travel, if not earlier.
- A monthly payment plan is calculated upon confirmation of booking. You will receive a reminder 5 days before your next payment is due.
- Paradise Life Travel & Tours and Elite Lifestyle Travel reserves the right to increase prices, and adjust itinerary and date accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect the increase.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports must be valid for at least nine months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate(s) of the countries to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
Health Requirements Notice
Certain vaccinations and health precautions may be required for travel to Ghana. Travelers should review the latest requirements and recommendations and consult their physician prior to travel. 1. Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability.
2. All roommates must pay the deposit to reserve the shared room.
3. You will receive payment email reminders to the email address used to register.
4. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to info@elitelifestyletravel.com.
Payment Terms:
Payment deadlines are solid and must be met. To avoid cancellation of your booking, please make sure you remain current with your payments (the terms can be found on your invoice and our terms and conditions). You are always able to pay in advance or pay extra as needed. Accommodation bedding is not guaranteed. No rooms or space has been held. Prices are suggested to change and will be confirmed once the deposit is made, cleared, and the reservation is confirmed. Cancellation is automatic if no communication and arrangements are agreed upon for late or past-due balances with Paradise Life Travel & Tours and Elite Lifestyle Travel. Please refer to our terms and conditions for additional information. To reinstate the booking if space is available, and it will be at the prevailing rate, which could be higher.
Roommates:
Should your roommate default on payments or cancel, it will be your responsibility to find a replacement or cover the total cost of your booking at the new rate.
Travel Insurance:
Missing your vacation is bad enough. Unexpected circumstances can occur. Flight delay, cancel flight, or accident on your trip. What if a sudden health emergency for you or an immediate family member before or during your trip could spoil your vacation? Not having any financial coverage or assistance is worse. Therefore, travel Insurance is highly recommended for all travel.
Payments:
We use third-party payment processing companies (e.g., Travel Joy, Stripe) to process credit card charges. This allows you to make payments with any major credit/debit card. Your payment will appear on your statement as Paradise Life Travel, Strip, or Traveljoy. Weekend or holiday payments will be processed on the next business day.
Credit/Debit Card charge back policy:
If you are unhappy with our services for any reason, you agree not to file a chargeback with your credit or debit card before you have given us an opportunity to address the matter. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to stand behind our products and services. We will work to address any issues that you might have. By signing this agreement or booking a trip with us, you agree that chargebacks are not to be used for refund convenience; in other words, it is not an appropriate way to avoid our cancellation and refund policy to which you agree by signing this agreement. We view such chargebacks as a form of “Friendly Fraud,” but fraud nonetheless. We will vigorously dispute any chargeback and reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to authorities. Should we win any chargeback you initiate, you agree to reimburse us for our attorney’s fees, time, costs, and expenses in rebutting the chargeback.
Refunds:
You acknowledge and agree that all payments that you make to Paradise Life Travel & Tours d/b/a Elite Lifestyle Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. Additional terms are listed below. This is because Paradise Life Travel & Tours and Elite Lifestyle Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to pay monthly vacation payments.
Cancellation policy:
All Paradise Life Travel & Tour payments and Elite Lifestyle Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any additional terms and conditions are per trip.
