• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our agency Terms & Conditions.
• You are required to register your name as it appears on your Passport along with your date of birth when making your reservation.  
• Roommates are required to make their initial deposit together. A double occupancy room will have up until 3 days from the date of the lead passenger deposit to make his/her deposit. If payment is not received within 3 days of the lead passenger, the additional guest(s) will incur a $55.00 reservation revision fee and the lead passenger reservation will be booked at single occupancy.
• All guest(s) on the reservation must be up to date with his/her payments.  
• Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank "VISA" page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
• Name changes or additions are allowed up until the final payment date, no revisions to reservations are permitted after final payment. A revision fee of $75.00 per change will be charged by Royal Escapades Luxury Vacations along with any fees charged by the supplier.
• If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate.  Any new guest added to reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date in addition to the Reservation Revision Fee of $75.00.
• Cancelled reservations will incur a $100.00PP cancellation fee.
• Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore we recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expense and more. Your current medical insurance does not cover any medical issues you may incur during international travel.

Please Note: The government of Saint Lucia has introduced a tourism levy that will be used for destination development and community support on the island. Effective December 15, 2020, a fee of $4 USD per person per night for all guests 18 years of age and older, and $2 USD per person per night for guests aged 12 to 17 years will be applied. The tourism levy will be collected by credit card payment upon check-in at the hotel.

PAYMENT PLANS:

1). Pay the Deposit as listed in the package below to secure your slot and enroll in Monthly Payments. Your balance will be divided by the number of months left until the final payment.

2). Travel Now, Pay Later. Book your package now and pay over time. Our partner, Uplift offers access to great interest rates. There are no late fees or pre-payment penalties. You will be required to make a deposit (less than what’s listed in the package) and you will enter a contract with Uplift to pay the total over the course of 12 months. Yes, you can travel first and pay later. Eligibility and loan terms are based on multiple factors including your credit profile. 2). Pay the Deposit as listed in the package below to secure your slot and make the final payment as agreed below.
