  1. Travel Insurance - To protect your travel investment, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.  Because travel insurance is non-refundable and non-transferrable, it is advisable to add it to your trip just prior to your cancel with no-penalty date to protect your investment. 

  2. Travel Documents - Your travel itinerary and documents will be emailed to you after your final payment and within 2 weeks of your departure.  Review details carefully: names as per passport, birthdates, room categories, travel dates, etc.  

  3. Passports & Visas - Ensure you have valid travel documents to enter your destination(s), including:
    1. Passports (must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date)
    2. Required visas and identification documents, if required

  4. Tour Operator & Resort Policies - We book your travel directly with Sandals.  Resort specific cancellation policies will be outlined for you after booking.  Please note:
    1. Special requests (e.g. room location, bedding) are not guaranteed and are based on availability at check-in.  
    2. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable once past the final cancellation date
    3. Changes after final payment:  may not be permitted or may incur additional fees.

These cozy deluxe accommodations have refined interior comforts with British Colonial-inspired mahogany furnishings, a four-poster, king-size bed, flat screen TV, and a full bath. Make your way to the finest white-sand beach on Jamaica's North Coast and bask in the sunshine on Montego Bay's secluded coastline. Located on the second floor of the Oleander building. For your refreshment, your room includes Robert Mondavi varietal wines and a refrigerator stocked with bottled water, juice, soda and local beer.

These rooms are located on the second floor of the Almonds building and feature stunning oceanfront views from a private balcony equipped with a bistro set and Tranquility Soaking Tub for two. Elegant interior details include custom crafted furnishings, a king-sized bed, a large HD smart TV, cutout ceiling with recessed lighting, and a spacious open floor plan with aquatic accents. The spa style bathroom is outfitted with a dual-faucet, long vessel sink with a backlit mirror and features a walk in overhead rain shower. As an exclusive Club Sandals room, a dedicated concierge is available to handle any special requests and reservations, such as spa appointments or dinner reservations.
