Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without sending an email communication to Abundant Excursions, Inc., your reservation will automatically be canceled.
Cancellations are subject to a minimum fee of $250.00 per person by Abundant Excursions, Inc. plus any applicable vendor fees.
Cancellation 75 days prior to departure may result in fees from 25% to 100% of the invoice amount.
An itinerary change is subject to $100.00 per person.
Past Due invoices are subject to a $100.00 late fee.
Processing Fees
All invoices include a processing fee of 3.5% + $0.30, listed as a "convenience fee" to cover transaction costs.
Abundant Excursions, Inc., as a travel broker for all Vendors/Tour Operators, encloses vendor terms and restrictions with travel documents. Abundant Excursions, Inc. is not responsible for changes in airline schedules, cruise itineraries, or gov't tax increases. Distribution of all documents requires proof of delivery as authorized. Acknowledgment of this invoice as delivered constitutes acceptance and agreement to pay according to the terms and conditions as attached and by any credit issuer.

Abundant Excursions, Inc. recognizes that its customers have a first amendment right to report any insights into their customer care experiences on Internet social network websites. While Abundant Excursions, Inc. welcomes any positive feedback regarding their agents and your experience, Abundant Excursions, Inc. closely monitors such websites and guards its reputation as an industry leader in quality travel experiences. If any incidents are reported misstating material facts which can be proven to be untrue, Abundant Excursions, Inc. reserves the right to legally pursue any individual for such defamatory statements which falsely attack the business reputation of Abundant Excursions, Inc. or its agents.
I authorize Abundant Excursions, Inc. to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today’s date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of Abundant Excursions, Inc.. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
