Terms & Conditions
It is my desire to participate in the trip indicated on this invoice (the “Event”) promoted by Bubbling Brown Sugar Productions (the “Company”). As consideration for my participation, I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. By signing this Emergency, Consent & Liability Waiver (the “Agreement”), I hereby waive and release the Company and its Administration Bubbling Brown Sugar Productions, Bubbling Brown Sugar Travels , Robin E. Herron- Shepherd, The Traveling /Dream Team LLC and its associates (collectively “Releases”) from any and all liability arising out of my participation in the trip . I further agree to indemnify Releases against any and third party claims resulting from my participation in the trip , including costs and reasonable attorney’s fees associated with enforcing any indemnification rights under this Agreement. I understand there is a $175 non-refundable, non-transferrable service fee in the cost. The credit card processing fee is 3.5% plus 30 cent for each card transaction. This Agreement constitutes the sole and entire agreement between the Company and me with respect to the trip , and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral. If any term or provision of this Agreement is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Agreement or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. All matters arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Missouri without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any claim or cause of action arising under this Agreement may be brought only in the federal and state courts located in St. Louis, Missouri and I hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
CARNIVAL'S VACATION PROTECTION PLAN
Carnival's Vacation Protection Plan is included in your package. The Protection Plan is totally independent of Bubbling Brown Sugar Productions, LLC and subsidiaries . Should you wish to take advantage of your included Vacation Protection Plan, you must contact Carnival directly. Bubbling Brown Sugar Productions, nor its affiliates, are responsible for placing a claim on your behalf, initiating or completing a claim or refund process, or representing you in any way, regarding your Carnival Vacation Protection Plan. YOUR FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1, 2026.
If your final payment has not been received by the final payment date you will be automatically canceled without further notification from this agency and applicable penalties will be applied. There will be no exceptions or extensions.
Cancellations must be requested prior to AUG. 7, 2026. In addition to the non-refundable $175 deposit, there is a $75 Travel Agency Administrative Fee for all cancellations, for any reason. Partial refunds may take up to 4-6 weeks to process and forward to you.
CANCELATION POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I have read and understood all cancellation charges and change fees related to the travel arrangements, and that I may not be entitled to a full refund should my travel plans change. In case of cancellation of non-refundable airline tickets or other arrangements, I agree to pay all applicable penalties according to the travel suppliers' & Bubbling Brown Sugar Productions rules.
UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY
BUBBLING BROWN SUGAR PRODUCTIONS, LLC , WILL ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR PASSENGERS ENGAGING IN OR ALLEGED TO HAVE ENGAGED IN UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES DURING THIS TRIP. IF APPREHENDED BY AUTHORITIES, NOTIFYING PERSONS LISTED ON THE REQUIRED EMERGENCY FORM WILL BE THE EXTENT OF OUR INVOLVEMENT. NO REPRESENTATIVES OF BUBBLING BROWN SUGAR PRODUCTIONS, LLC WILL APPEAR AT ANY POLICE STATION OR SCENE OF ANY SUCH ACTIVITY.
