Travel Joy Training 101
 
Hello everyone! You have made the decision to streamline your travel business by using Travel Joy as your CRM. I have found Travel Joy to be very effective in helping my business function professionally. This is a basic Travel Joy 101 course that  Fanita with FP Vacation Experts and Monica with Authentic Chics Travel Agency have put together and we welcome you. 
 
What you need: 
 
  • Access to your Travel Joy platform
  • Available for 60 minute scheduled blocks
  • A lap top or computer/tablet
  • Come prepared to learn
 
What will be covered: If time permits.  If you are scheduled for a 60 minute block that we will cover what can be worked through in that time frame based on how well you catch on to the material. 
 
  • Completing Platform set up (If applicable)
  • Dashboard Group Organization
  • Template Creation and Organization
  • Smart Proposals
  • Booking links, create, organize and manage (including monthly payment plan set up, template link)
  • Invoices: quick invoice, booking link invoice 
  • Group Funds: What is it and how to utilize it
  • Trip Planning Fee: The best way to collect it
 
Cost: $25 per hour. Schedule will be ( Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue) 
 
 
                                        What happens if I need to make changes or cancellations?
 
The fee is non refundable; however you can reschedule once, but please be mindful of others schedule.

Two Hour Travel Joy Training
Available until December 30, 2026

$50.00
Deposit: $50.00 per room
