Covid Vaccination Policy
  • Vaccinations are not required for 90% of Sailors
  • Virgin Voyages is opening up voyages for a limited number (10%) of unvaccinated Sailors
  • If you are unvaccinated please contact me as soon as you book so I can ensure that the 10% threshold has not been fulfilled

 
Passport & Travel Insurance
US Citizens need a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months after the voyage end date
TRAVEL INSURANCE:  STRONGLY SUGGESTED. Travel Insurance to cover issues such as trip cancellation fees, medical and accidental emergencies, trip interruptions, baggage loss and/or damage is highly recommended.  By making your deposit or payment for this trip, you acknowledge that you have read this statement and understand that insurance is available and will be offered.

Important Notes :

  • The single supplement (single room without a roommate) is double the price. However, we are currently running a special for a single room IF you book into a Central Terrace (balcony midship) cabin you will not have to pay a single supplement 
  • If you and your roommate are paying separately then you will have to check out by selecting "1" Traveler...pay the deposit to check-out and I will correct the invoice once I receive the reservation and reduce the price to double occupancy.
 
Cancellation policy: 
  • Full refund - you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
  • After the grace period (but before the 120-day mark), you can receive a full refund on any payments, not including your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time.
  • Between 119 and 45 days, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit, good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date. 
  • Within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send a mate in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage, if you really can't sail.

* Full payment must be received by November 3, 2022.  Anything booked after November 3rd will have to pay in full at the time of booking.
