THANK YOU FOR SELECTING ON POINTE TRAVEL, LLC! IT IS THE TRAVELER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO READ THESE POLICIES BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR ANY TRIP OR REMITTING ANY PAYMENTS. THESE POLICIES ARE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ON POINTE TRAVEL, LLC.
Traveler must make a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500 due at the time of booking to secure a spot
*Monthly minimum payment of $415 is due on the 15th of every month until paid in full to keep your reservation current.
*Trip balance must be PAID IN FULL by August 18, 2025, which is 60 days before the trip.
*Cancel before June 18, 2025, for a 50% refund (not to include your non-refundable deposit)
*No refunds will be given after June 18, 2025.

This On Pointe Travel, LLC Travel Policies (the “Policies”) is a legally binding agreement between you, the Traveler ("You," “Your” or “Traveler”), and On Pointe Travel, LLC (“OPT”), a foreign limited liability company operating in New York, and shall be effective on the date you complete registration for a trip and make payment. Activity Level and General Fitness
All On Pointe Travel, LLC tours require walking and other physical exertion. You can expect to walk 2-3 miles on average over the course of a day, navigate steps, get in and out of transportation, and manage your personal belongings without assistance.
Room-sharing (IF OFFERED)
● On Pointe Travel, LLC will arrange a roommate for any traveler that does not reserve their room with a companion.
○ Payment Types & Currency: Stripe is the primary method for On Pointe Travel, LLC invoicing.
Required Traveler Information
● Passport: You agree to provide On Pointe Travel, LLC with a copy of your passport.
Cancellation by the Traveler
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO ON POINTE TRAVEL, LLC’s CANCELLATION POLICIES.
● On Pointe Travel, LLC strongly recommends you purchase “Trip Cancellation Insurance.”
Both On Pointe Travel, LLC and Traveler agree that any dispute involving the Policies shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York.
You agree to release and hold harmless On Pointe Travel, LLC, its officers, agents, affiliates, employees, and assigns from any liability associated with your participation in travel.
