2. Role as Travel Advisor

We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or service delivery.
3. Payment Authorization & Valid Payment Method
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all scheduled payments.
You agree to maintain a valid payment method on file. If a payment is declined, you must provide an updated payment method within five (5) calendar days.
Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking and applicable penalties.
4. Planning Fees
Planning fees are non-refundable once paid and are earned for professional services rendered, regardless of whether travel is booked.
5. Pricing & Availability
All pricing is subject to change until a deposit is received. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
6. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel supplier(s).
- Cancellation penalties may apply
- Refund eligibility is determined by the supplier
- No refunds will be issued for missed flights, late arrivals, early departures, or unused travel services
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and supplier terms, supplier terms shall govern.
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
By declining insurance, you assume full financial risk for cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
Insurance premiums are non-refundable once purchased.

- Ensuring valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.)
- Meeting all entry and health requirements
We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.
9. Force Majeure & Travel Risks

Any chargeback for valid, authorized charges constitutes a breach of this Agreement. You agree to be responsible for all costs incurred in recovering funds, including administrative, collection, and legal fees where permitted by law.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will be effective as of the date listed above.
