Payment information and Due Dates:

A $1,200 refundable deposit and a $50 per person planning fee are due at the time of booking.
Final payment is due March 15, 2026
Monthly or Quarterly payments are available.
Please allow 24-48 hours for payment processing and confirmation 

Travel Documentation:

A passport is required for this trip. Please apply for a passport before March 15, 2026.

Fees and Cancellation policy:

In addition to each Supplier’s cost and fees, our agency charges professional fees. Once you pay for your research planning fee you have six months until that fee is expired. Fees cannot be transferred to new vacation plans unless it is discussed and approved by Sunset Chasers Travel Agency. See below for details. All our fees are non-refundable.

Research Planning Fee for two people $150
Research Planning fee for up to five people $250
Groups of over 6 people $50 per person
Cancellation  After March 15, 2026 15% of the total quoted booking
Changes to Existing Tickets (after 24 hours of booking) Up to $75
