PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All attendees must be at least 18 years of age or older.

This tour has a lot of walking, stairs, uneven surfaces. By signing up for this tour you agree to be able to walk long distances, climb stairs and walk on uneven surfaces. If you are unable to participate in any of the tour activities, no refund will be given, NO exceptions

Tour cost is non-refundable but transferable to another person except for flight from Marseille to Amsterdam which must be repurchased at an additional cost. You may only transfer tour up to 60 days prior to tour start date, after that it is not transferable.

Should you cancel your booking for any reason Tour costs are non-refundable

Deposit deadline is October 15th, 2026, Final payment will be due by January 20th, 2027. Partial payments can be made at any time before final payment is due

Cambridge Travel and Dave Dowling reserve the right to cancel the event for any reason whatsoever. In the highly unlikely event that such a cancellation occurs, all payments received will be completely refunded.

We are not responsible for your flights from your home airport to Marseille, France (MRS) and from Amsterdam, The Netherlands (AMS) to your home airport.

LIABILITY WAIVER

Every possible measure will be taken to ensure each trip participant’s safety during the tour. We cannot control everything and everybody. For this reason, the trip participant (you) is legally responsible for his/ her safety and behavior and agrees to, and is held legally liable to, the following statements:

• I am 18 years of age or over.

• I am responsible for choosing to attend the Europe Flower Tour with Dave Dowling 2027 based on my health, fitness and abilities to participate in all activities

• I understand that the "Europe Flower Tour with Dave Dowling" and its representatives are not responsible for participants’ baggage or personal effects.

• In the event of delayed, canceled or missed flights, or other travel delays, I understand that I am responsible for making alternate arrangements and that I am also responsible for paying for my own transportation to join the tour or venue location.

• Cambridge Travel and Dave Dowling act only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide transportation, activities, meals, tours, or any other services included with this tour. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Cambridge Travel and Dave Dowling's representatives accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, default of any company or person in performing these services.

• I agree that Cambridge Travel and Dave Dowling hereby give notice that all services and arrangements related to Europe Flower Tour with Dave Dowling have been made with condition that the representatives shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, expenses or other financial loss whether to person or property arising out of any injury, accident, death, cancellation, delay, alteration, or inconvenience.

• I consent and acknowledge that should I require emergency medical treatment as a result of accident or illness arising during my attendance and participation on The Europe Flower Tour with Dave Dowling, I am financially responsible for any medical or legal bills that may be incurred as a result of that emergency medical treatment. I will notify Dave Dowling or his representative if I am at any time injured prior to, during, or after the tour, or if I have medical conditions about which emergency medical personnel should be informed; however, I understand that Cambridge Travel and Dave Dowling are not legally obligated to act on that information in any way or to provide any medical service whatsoever to me. If I become injured or unable to communicate, I agree that my designated emergency contact person will be notified.

• I understand that I am ultimately responsible for my own health and well-being, including carrying with me any necessary medications, such as those for chronic medical conditions and/or allergies to foods, insects, etc. I also understand that I should report to Cambridge Travel and Europe Flower Tour with Dave Dowling representatives any health-related issues that might affect myself or other trip participants.

• I agree that Cambridge Travel and Dave Dowling agents or representatives reserve the right to take photographic or video records taken by tour participants throughout The Europe Flower Tour with Dave Dowling 2027, and may use such records for promotional, marketing, and/or commercial purposes.

• I understand that Cambridge Travel and Dave Dowling and their representative's cannot be held liable for situations beyond their control, including (but not limited to) acts of war, acts of God, threats or acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or unforeseen personal circumstances. I understand Cambridge Travel and Europe Flower Tour with Dave Dowling cannot offer refunds for illness, flight delays, or any other circumstances.

• I understand that travel insurance will be required to participate in the tour. I agree to provide evident of coverage prior to travel.  Travel Insurance can be purchased independently or through Cambridge Travel
