Payment information:

Methods of payment accepted VISA and MASTERCARD  DEBIT or CREDIT CARD ONLY! Non-Refundable deposit of $300 due at time of booking. Final payment due on/or before January 3, 2026. A valid passport copy or photo ID is required at time of deposit. If you do not have this, please contact me directly. A monthly payment schedule will be set up, however, you are able to make payments as you see fit as long as you meet the payment deadlines. 50% of payment is due by June 30, 2025.

Insurance:

Your vacation is an investment and Travel insurance is strongly recommended but optional. Clients are responsible for choosing to accept or decline travel insurance when booking their package. Insurance can be added at the time of purchase or within 21 days after booking if you wish to include "Cancel for Any Reason" protection or waive pre-existing condition exclusions. Your personal insurance does not provide international coverage, you have the option to purchase protection medical coverage at any time. However, please note that after 21 days from your initial deposit, "Cancel for Any Reason" and pre-existing condition waivers will no longer be available. If after receiving your quote and you want something more affordable mainly to handle your "during the trip" things, please reach out to me directly so I can offer you an option. We want to make sure you're covered. 😊

All those declining travel insurance will be responsible for signing a waiver.

Cancellation policy:

A cancellation is defined as the voluntary termination of an entire trip and is requested BEFORE the original travel date. Tour packages are completely non-refundable per supplier/TO. All deposits are non-refundable even if travel protection is purchased. If you are unable to attend a scheduled tour program within the package no refunds partial refunds will be provided. If you check in to your hotel a day late due to unforeseen circumstances, no partial refunds will be provided. If you miss a transfer due to unforeseen circumstances no partial refunds will be provided. Please note that a ‘trip’ or ‘booking’ often consists of multiple components, each of which may carry its own cancellation penalties (example: an airline ticket, a pre-trip hotel night, a multi-day adventure vacation by a tour operator, a post-trip extension designed by The Littles' Travel and Suppliers all of which may be subject to a different set of cancellation policies). Clients are responsible for obtaining the applicable insurance policies. No refund(s) will be issued for cancellations due to actual or threatened terrorist events. Furthermore, there will be no refunds due to fear of travel from actual or threatened terrorist, health, pandemics, epidemics, political, or other similar events. It is the traveler’s responsibility to protect their purchases and Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. The traveller is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks. Traveller's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.
