This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of Lavishé Travel LLC. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.

Terms & Conditions

We are Lavishé Travel LLC and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Lavishé Travel LLC, and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

The described Hotel Packages are hosted by Kevonna Atkins, a confirmed Travel Agent with (You Pack I Plan, LLC); IATAN | IATA | CLIA #05776551, and CST #2134314-50. Lavishe Travel, LLC, handles all transactions.  All Payments and Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. This agreement is between Kevonna Atkins, doing business as (DBA) Lavishe Trave, LLC, a service provider for Kevonna Atkins, and the Travel Client(s) listed above. This contract will be deemed legally binding once the accepted terms and conditions.

All DEPOSITS are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. Changes to the reservation are subject to availability, hotel policies, and/or rules. Lavishe Travel will apply a $25 Service Fee to ALL ACCOUNTS that do not meet the monthly fees. This fee will be applied at each occurrence. Payments must be made in FULL for the Room Assignment to be confirmed.

HOTEL POLICIES: The hotel is a non-smoking facility. Contact the hotel directly to review all of their policies, including parking and available amenities. Porterage, Parking, and/or Breakfast are not included with the reservation--except where indicated on the booking or invoice form. Guests may inquire with the hotel directly for the cost and availability of these amenities and/or services.

Lavishe Travel will submit all client preferences to the hotel. The hotel will try to accommodate all preferences, but it shall be at their discretion.

PAYMENT PLANS: A Full monthly payment must be made by the 15th. Please note the payments can be split into two payments if needed. NO EXCEPTIONS!  If payments are more than five days late, a $25 late fee will be assessed. If the payment falls thirty (30) days past due, the Reservation will be Cancelled with No Refunds--NO EXCEPTIONS.

CHANGES TO RESERVATION: ANY changes made to your existing room reservation are subject to the current rates, promotions, and terms at the time of change. FINAL PAYMENT: The final payment MUST be received NO LATER THAN the date listed on your invoice. Final payments are not automatically charged. Please note your calendar of this final payment date as Lavishe Travel may not send reminders. However, we try to send reminders about a week before it’s due. You must go to https://lavishetravel.com on the date you'd like the payment to be posted. Lavishé Travel is not responsible for cancellations due to payments made after this date. Late fees will apply.

CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT: Any cancellation by the client must be delivered to the Service Provider and the Travel Agent in writing. All deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited by the client immediately upon cancellation unless stated otherwise.

It is recommended that the client purchase Trip Cancellation Coverage, or what is referred to as travel insurance. Trip Cancellation insurance is the only means of receiving reimbursement for the non-refundable expenses should the client cancel their trip for any reason, whether voluntary or due to the travel agent, hotel, or service provider’s actions.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES: Room-only bookings: Once your reservation is made, a $150 non-refundable penalty will be assessed until any additional resort penalties. The aforementioned is per person or entire room canceling (so if one person within the room cancels, these same rules apply to that person). 

Airfare-only bookings: if Lavishé Travel booked your tickets, they are 100% non-refundable and subject to individual airline penalties/fees (see insurance below). Lavishé Travel is not responsible for the lack of compliance in providing proper documentation to airport authorities. It is the traveler's responsibility & the traveler’s parents/guardians to provide adequate documentation to airport authorities. 

LATE FEES: Payment reminders will be sent to all guests booked. Final payments not received by the posted final due date will be assessed a one-time $50 late fee. Final payments not received within three days of the final payment date will result in cancellation without refund.

AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: Occasionally, airlines change flight schedules & may even cancel flights entirely. These changes are beyond Lavishé Travel's control. If such a situation occurs, Lavishé Travel will do its very best to assist you with finding the best possible alternate option(s). If the flight time change is minor (2 hours or less), the airline will automatically make the change (airline policies/rules entitle them to do so legally). Lavishé Travel will notify you of significant changes. Please Note: there may be additional costs to re-book a new flight should the airline cancel or make a significant change to your original flight itinerary. Lavishé Travel is NOT responsible for any additional costs or fees imposed by the airlines. It is the passenger's responsibility to check for last-minute airline flight time changes within 24 hours of departure. Lavishé Travel is not responsible for changes that may occur within 24 hours of the original flight departure time.

BAGGAGE FEES: Due to continual changes in airline baggage policies, it is suggested that you inquire with your airline's website for up-to-date fees & information. Lavishé Travel is NOT responsible for additional fees incurred for baggage or seating. BAGGAGE FEES ARE NOT PART OF AN ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE! Please review "Updated Checked Bag and Carryon Bag Rules" at www.TSA.gov.

RE-CONFIRM YOUR FLIGHTS: Lavishé Travel advises you to re-confirm your flight schedule within 24 hours before departure directly with the airline in case of any last-minute changes or delays. Most airlines allow you to check-in online 24 hours before departure using the “Record Locator” (found in your Lavishé Travel documents)

AIRLINE CHECK-IN: Please check in with your airline at the airport no later than two (2) hours before the scheduled flight departure time


REFUSAL OF SERVICE: Travel Agent and Service Provider have the right to refuse service to any client for any lawful reason whatsoever; it shall be at their sole discretion.

EFFECTIVE DATE OF COMMUNICATION: This contract, upon signature/acceptance by all parties, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may not be amended or changed unless done so in writing and signed by the client(s), Kevonna Atkins of Lavishe Travel LLC and their representatives. The undersigned expressly agree and warrant that they are authorized to sign and enter into this contract on behalf of the event, party, product, and/or service that is, was, or will be provided for which they sign.

ATTORNEY FEES: The said parties agree that if a dispute arises relating to this contract, the prevailing party in any arbitration or court proceeding will be entitled to recover an award of its reasonable attorney, expert witness fees, cost, and pre-and/or post-judgment interest.

LIABILITY: Service Provider and Travel Agent do not accept any liability of any nature, whether in contract or out of this contract or otherwise, for the acts, omissions, or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of these service providers over whom we have no direct or indirect control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased Hotel Accommodation stay, which would be sought from the Travel Agent of record, Kevonna Atkins of Lavishe Travel LLC. Service Provider and Travel Agent are not liable for any consequential loss or damage and do not accept any liability in contract, tort, or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss of life or limb, delay, additional expense, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force of nature or any other event which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on their part.

WAIVER OF RIGHT TO CHARGEBACK: Client(s) waive any right to charge-back or disputes of payments willfully made by the clients to Lavishe Travel LLC, Kevonna Atkins, or any other agent(s) representing the same. Suppose the client initiates a charge-back or dispute. In that case, the client agrees to pay the Service Provider or the Travel Agent (to whom said charge-back or dispute is initiated again) at a fee of $100 plus any legal fees, attorney fees, the outstanding balance of the invoice, any overdraft fees and penalties rendered by banking institutions, and/or all other relief provided for by the law.
