CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have to cancel your trip, you need to notify us as soon as you know that you have to cancel, so it can be processed in a timely manner. Any money paid on your reservation is non-refundable and non-transferable unless you purchase one of the trip protection plans.

Travel protection is not required but it is highly recommended!

The cost of travel protection is due at booking with the rest of the total deposit and the cost of the travel protection is nonrefundable.

If you cancel your reservation before the final payment date and do not take the travel protection, any deposits/payments will not be refundable.

If you cancel after the final payment date and do not take travel protection, your trip will be non-refundable and you will lose the total amount that you paid for your reservation.

For wedding guests or any contracted group - Due to dates needing to be met with the room block, if you need to cancel after final payment date - you will want to have the travel protection. The insurance will ensure that you get a credit or refund based on which travel protection you select.

When booked along with one or more components of a package from a vendor, the vendor typically offers cancel for any reason. You have 7 days after deposit to purchase this CFAR, if it is after the 7 days, you can no longer purchase the cancel for any reason. Some vendors/suppliers offer it and offer cancel for covered reasons as well. The coverages also typically cover the following with various amounts based on the supplier - TRIP INTERRUPTION - MISSED CONNECTION - TRIP DELAY - ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT - EMERGENCY ACCIDENT AND SICKNESS MEDICAL COVERAGE - EMERGENCY EVACUATION - BAGGAGE PERSONAL EFFECTS - BAGGAGE DELAY - REPATRIATION OF REMAINS. If you only want coverage for during travel, this can also be purchased from a supplier. Please ask us for any coverage you are interested in, the policies of coverage and a quote via an email.
