Day 1: ARRIVAL

Arrive at Haneda Airport (HND) where your trip host will greet you holding a Travel Babe Sign.

(You may fly into Narita Airport as well)

Meet fellow travel babes before departing to our Villa (30 minute drive).

• We'll stop at a market to pick up snacks, alcohol or any other travel essentials you may need.

• Once we arrive at the Villa, every traveler will receive their own Travel Babe bag filled with travel essentials for the trip! We'll start off with an ice breaker game so every babe can get acquainted.
• After we break the ice, then head out to Tsurutontan Shinjuku for our themed welcome dinner. The theme of the dinner is cheongsam attire.

• After dinner, we will end our night or should I say start our night with a party at our private villa.

Day 2: BREAK THE ICE

• We'll kick off the morning with breakfast at Jade5, renowned as one of Shibuya's finest breakfast spots.
• Following breakfast, we'll delve into Tokyo's must-see attractions, embarking on a walking tour through the lively neighborhoods of Harajuku, Shibuya, and Shinjuku! Treat yourself to delectable street eats, immerse in Tokyo's vibrant pop culture, and discover the diverse subcultures that define contemporary Japan.

• Following our lively city stroll, we'll make our way to Tokyo Midtown for some shopping. Shibuya boasts a sprawling shopping area renowned as the birthplace of numerous youth fashion trends in Japan. Here, you'll find iconic clothing stores leading the way in setting trends.

• After our day in the city, we’ll have dinner at Dinner @ Tsuru TonTan UDON NOODLE. Tsurutontan is an upscale udon and nabe restaurant that fuses traditional Japanese culture with Western sensibilities.
• For dinner's conclusion, we'll wrap up the evening at HARLEM, Tokyo's premier hip-hop club.

Day 3: WE OUTSIDE

• We’ll start our day right with at the infamous “Flippers Shibuya” for breakfast. Their pancakes, known for their super-fluffy, airy texture that simply melts in your mouth, are crafted using ricotta, buttermilk, or meringue, creating a sensation that's the talk of the town.

• After breakfast, we’ll hit the streets of Shibuya to ride Mario Karts in style. You’ll have the option to choose from a variety of anime costume's to enhance your experience and make a stylish statement as you navigate the bustling streets of Shibuya.

• After a hour of exploring in Monkey-carts, we’ll head to Asakusa for a two hour Maki and Nigiri Sushi roll class. Nigiri Sushi is the most popular sushi in Japan and it’s origin of sushi.
  It’s a standard sushi style in Japan!

• Later, we’ll head to Luxis at Ebisu for dinner.
• After dinner, we'll return home for a game night and get ready for our early excursion to Mount Fuji the next morning.

DAY 4: DAY TOUR TO MT. FUJI + Bullet Train

• We'll kick off our day with an early pickup in central Tokyo, embarking on a scenic 2.5-hour drive to Mount Fuji, Japan's tallest peak. Our first destination will be Lake Ashinoko, where you'll enjoy a cruise ship ride. Then, we'll make a stop at Hakone Ropeway, spending a total of 50 minutes, including time to explore at the summit. Take a cableway ascent to the spiritual Hakone Shrine Mototsumiya, nestled atop the mountain, and savor the stunning views of Lake Ashi below.
• Following our day tour, we'll unwind at the villa before heading out to dinner at Kyomachi Koishigure. Renowned for its seafood and hot pot dishes, this restaurant offers a traditional ambiance with wood-lined interiors, private rooms, and floor seating.

• After dinner, we'll conclude our evening at IBEX-TOKYO most vibrant nightclub, featuring the hottest Hip Hop, reggae, and Afro beats.
  
  DAY 5: FREE DAY IN TOKYO
• We'll kickstart our day with breakfast at the renowned "Breakfast @Eggs 'n Things," famous for its airy atmosphere and international menu featuring sandwiches, curries, pasta, and delectable New York-style cheesecake.

• Today is your day to follow your heart's desire. Whether you want to delve deeper into Tokyo's cityscape or enjoy a relaxing day at your villa, it's up to you. Your travel host, will arrange will assist in booking and organizing any activity you choose a month prior to the trip.
  
  
  Options abound, including visiting Nintendo, Capcom, Jump store, exploring Akihabara, revisiting Senso-ji, dining at Harmonica Yokocho, catching a Sumo match at Ryogoku Kokugikan, or savoring coffee at Koffee Mameya Kakeru. The decision is entirely yours!
  
• DAY 6: SAYONARA

We will have our final breakfast at Everyone’s Cafe before we head to Haneda airport.

• We’ll head back to the airport around NOON on 03/16/2025.

1. Initial Deposit: The initial deposit made at the time of booking is non-refundable. This deposit secures your place in the group and covers administrative costs associated with the reservation process.

2. Refunds Before 60 Days of Departure for 4-Day Trips: If you choose to cancel your reservation for a 4-Day trip more than 60 days before the scheduled departure date, you may be eligible for a refund, excluding the non-refundable initial deposit. 3. Refunds Before 90 Days of Departure for 5-Day+ Trips: If you choose to cancel your reservation for a 5-Day+trip more than 90 days before the scheduled departure date, you may be eligible for a refund, excluding the non-refundable initial deposit. 4. No Refunds 60 Days Before Departure for 4-Day Trips: Any cancellations for any 4-Day trip made within 60 days of the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund. This includes both the initial deposit and any subsequent payments made towards the trip.

5. No Refunds 90 Days Before Departure for 5-Day+ Trips: Any cancellations for any 5-Day+ trip made within 90 days of the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund. This includes both the initial deposit and any subsequent payments made towards the trip.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance may provide coverage for cancellations due to medical emergencies, unforeseen personal events, or other covered reasons.
