  • Excursions and Tours
 Deposit and Payments:
  • The deposit is $400 per room (except the top tier butler suites) to confirm the reservation. This can be split between two credit cards if each guest is paying their own portion.
  • You can set up regular monthly payments or pay whenever you like. Please indicate if you want monthly payments. 
  • Balance is due in full 60 days before departure for new bookings. 
  • Guests who booked at Loyalty and Travel have balances due in full 90 days before departure. 
  • All pricing is based on double occupancy. Sandals does not allow single pricing.  Each reservation must be made for two guests. 
  • Full names and dates of birth required for each guest.  Passport details are not required unless I am booking your flights. 
  • Flights are due in full at the time of purchase.  You will need to book your own flights if using points, credit card rewards or travel credits. 
  • All pricing is subject to change until a deposit is received.
  • Special Note:  Police Officers and Military Members (active, honorably discharged or retired) are eligible for a 10% discount. Ask me how!

Cancellation policy:

  • Your deposit and all payments are fully refundable up to 60 days (October 18, 2025) before departure.  
  • Once purchased, travel insurance is non-refundable. It can be added to your reservation at any point prior to making your final payment.
