1. Authorization

By submitting your payment and/or credit card details, you (the client) authorize Window Seat Getaways to charge the indicated credit card for the agreed upon travel services. This authorization remains valid for any future installment payments, applicable service fees, and changes explicitly approved by you.

2. Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid in full by the due date listed.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final payments must be received by the posted deadline to avoid cancellation of services.
A late payment may result in additional fees, price increases, or service cancellation.

3. Credit Card Processing

Charges will appear as “Window Seat Getaways” on your credit card statement.
A 3–4% processing fee may apply for credit card payments, depending on the processor.
You agree not to dispute charges for services you have authorized or received.

4. Supplier Responsibility

Window Seat Getaways partners with third-party vendors including airlines, hotels, transportation services, and tour operators. We are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of these suppliers.
All supplier terms and conditions, including cancellation or change penalties, apply in full.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to the supplier’s policies.
Travel protection/insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain packages.
Any non-refundable deposits or payments forfeited due to cancellation are not the responsibility of Window Seat Getaways.

6. Changes & Modifications

Changes requested after booking confirmation may result in additional fees and are subject to availability.
Window Seat Getaways will make every effort to accommodate changes but does not guarantee availability or original pricing.

7. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to review all trip details, invoices, and payment schedules.
Clients must ensure all traveler information (names, passport data, travel dates) is accurate.
Window Seat Getaways is not responsible for penalties due to errors submitted by the client.

8. Liability Waiver

Window Seat Getaways is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, delay, inconvenience, or other unforeseen events beyond our control. All travel involves risk, and you agree to hold us harmless in such events.

9. Agreement

By signing or submitting your credit card authorization or invoice payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. This agreement is binding and enforceable under applicable laws.
