Celebrate the end of Black History Month with the Married to Vacay crew as we spend the day tour the wonderful wineries in our VA backyard! Starting at the meeting point, hop on board our private shuttle for a day of multiple wine visits, good vibes and fun!! Relax as we take care of everything and get you back safely. We are coining this day as "A Toast to Life". See you there!
 
 
What's included in this exclusive event:
  • Multiple winery visits (timing at each location will vary and at discretion of group leader). Target is 3 locations; exact wineries will be communicated with registered guests at a later date.
  • Tour is approximately5-6 hours of winery visits, plus one hour of travel both ways - A Full Day.
  • Private tables at each stop
  • Wine tastings or flights at each location 
  • Light appetizers 
  • Group Lunch (at your own expense)
  • Transportation in private shuttle van (will meet up at central location close to downtown Richmond)*

Things to know:
 
  1. All communication/questions about this trip should be coordinated through agent via marriedtovacay@gmail.com
  2. This trip is open to all adults, 21 years of age or higher.
  3. Date is rain or shine. 
  4. Reservations are open for this trip through December 15, 2025.
  5. Pricing shown is per person. All payments are non-refundable, however are transferable so if you can no longer attend you can allow another guest to go in your place.
  6. All rates are subject to change until deposit is received.
  7. The deadline for any changes on the reservation, to include but not limited to name changes, February 13, 2026.
  8. There may be commute times up to 30 minutes between locations on a van. 
  9. There is no set payment schedule required as long as trip is paid in full by final due date.  Final payment due date is February 13, 2026. Failure to pay by 11:59pm on the final due date will cause the reservation to be automatically cancelled. 
  10. Buy now, pay later payment options available by request (must be made before final trip registration).
  11. Initial deposit must be made through system and will incur a processing fee.  Subsequent payments can be made via alternative methods: Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, check.
  12. Snacks and cups with lids are allowed in shuttle van. Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed at most targeted wineries on list. Guests may bring these items with you if preferred.
  13. Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all terms and conditions of MTV LLC. 
  14. MTV LLC will not be held liable or responsible for inappropriate behavior of attendees and reserves the right to restrict guest consumption if guest appears incoherent. Please drink responsibly. 
 

Payment Options:

Payments for this trip are non-refundable, however reservation can be transferred to another guests. Deposit amounts are required at the time of booking.  The deposit cost is $40 per person. Deposits or full payments must be secured through this booking link.  If deposit option is chosen, upon receipt of payment and room booking, an updated invoice for remaining payments will be sent to you.  Remaining balance must be paid in full at final due date of February 13, 2026.  If an alternative payment schedule is desired, please contact agent directly to inquire. Please note, a processing fee of 3.5% for credit cards and 1.7% for bank transfers will be added to all system payments automatically.  All future payments after deposit may be paid via other options as indicated in the terms and conditions to avoid processing fees if preferred.  Additional payments or amounts can always be made at your preference by contacting marriedtovacay@gmail.com directly.
 

Cancellation:

While this trip is non-refundable, we understand things happen. Cancellation requests must be sent directly to agent in writing via email at marriedtovacay@gmail.com.   Additional details included in agreement terms.
