Saturday, April 26, 2025	8:00 - 9:30 a.m. Breakfast at the hotel, come any time you are ready to eat 10:00 a.m. Motorcoach departs for Napa wine tasting and shopping day (lunch is on your own) 4:00 p.m. Return to hotel for afternoon and dinner/evening on your own OPTIONAL: Sign up at registration for organized small group dinners at some of San Francisco's best restaurants (dinner is on your own) 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Hospitality room and "Ruby's Marketplace" is open

Payment policy and schedule:

• An initial non-refundable deposit is required to make your reservation. The non-refundable deposit for Package 1 is $250 per person. The non-refundable deposit for Package 2 is $100 per person. Package 3 Birthday Bash tickets must be paid in full. 
• PACKAGE 1 ONLY: $129 per person non-refundable RHS administration fee will be added to your invoice and charged with your final payment. This fee covers various operational expenses, including processing, event management services, and additional support from our travel partners to guarantee you have an outstanding experience at the RHS "Sip, Sail & Celebrate" event.
• The final payment balance for all three packages is due by January 15, 2025. A reminder email will be sent seven days before payment due dates. A second reminder email will be sent one day before payment processing. 
• Payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on file on the due date. Automatic payments will begin on the due date but may take up to 48 hours to complete. Thank you for your patience during this process.
• All payments will be charged by and appear on your credit card statement as CRUISE DIFFERENTLY LLC. Receipts will be automatically sent by email once your payment is processed.
• On request, monthly payment plans may be established. Your balance will be evenly split between your initial booking and January 15, 2025. Payment plans are not available for the Package 3 Birthday Bash ticket only.
• All payments are non-refundable once they are processed. If you purchased optional vacation protection/travel insurance, you may be eligible to file a claim to cover these non-refundable payments. 

By providing your credit card for payment and digitally signing the credit card authorization, you declare that you have read and fully understood the MAJC LLC/Cruise Differently LLC (DBA Red Hat Society Travel) booking conditions, including the payment policy and schedule provided here. Vacation protection/travel insurance is offered and strongly recommended! All payments are non-refundable once they are processed. After you book and pay your deposit, if you cancel before January 15, 2025, the cancellation fee will be the amount you paid up to that point. If you cancel after making the final payment on January 15, 2025, the cancellation fee will be 100%. However, your payment is transferrable to a new reservation until March 31, 2025. This means that if you must cancel, you can find another Red Hat Society member to take over your reservation with no penalty (settling the payment arrangements with the new traveler is your responsibility; we cannot handle that for you). If you cancel after March 31, 2025, or are not able to find another Red Hat Society member to take over your reservation (by March 31, 2025), you may be eligible to file a claim to cover these non-refundable payments if you purchased optional vacation protection/travel insurance.
