Travelers will fly into I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, airport code DPS.
Itinerary:
- Day 1 — Arrival in Bali
Arrive at DPS and transfer to Ubud. Settle into the villa and meet your fellow travelers.
- Days 2–4 — Ubud
Experience Ubud’s culture, natural beauty and adventure.
Scheduled experiences include the Bali Swing, Sacred Monkey Forest, temple purification ceremony and free time to enjoy the villa and surrounding area.
- Day 5 — Ubud to Canggu
Experience an ATV adventure through the rice terraces before transferring to Canggu.
- Days 5–7 — Canggu
Enjoy beach clubs, restaurants, sunsets, shopping, nightlife, free time and a group dinner.
- Day 8 — Departure
Check out and depart Bali on July 8, 2027.
The detailed itinerary is still being finalized. Activities, timing and the order of events may change based on availability, weather and operational considerations.
Trip Investment and Payment Schedule
- Deposit: $150 per traveler
- Monthly payments: Automatically scheduled after the initial deposit
- Final payment deadline: May 20, 2027
Prices are listed per traveler and are based on the selected room-occupancy package.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit and required registration information have been submitted.
Pricing and availability are subject to change until your deposit has been received.
Roommate Information
Every traveler must complete an individual registration and submit the required deposit.
One traveler’s deposit does not reserve space for another traveler.
All roommates must submit their deposits before the room can be fully confirmed.
Choose your roommate carefully. Each traveler is responsible for remaining current with the payment schedule.
Should a roommate cancel, the remaining traveler may be responsible for the price of the revised room occupancy or may be offered another available accommodation arrangement.
Roommate matching may be available but is not guaranteed.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the trip price.
Travelers should consider coverage for circumstances such as:
- Trip cancellation
- Trip interruption
- Emergency medical care
- Travel delays
- Lost or delayed baggage
- Missed connections
Travelers interested in Cancel for Any Reason coverage should review purchase deadlines carefully, as eligibility may depend on how soon the policy is purchased after the first trip payment.
Every traveler is responsible for reviewing the policy terms, exclusions and coverage limits before purchasing.
Late Payments
A $50 late-payment fee may be added when a scheduled payment remains unpaid for more than seven days.
Reservations that remain delinquent for two consecutive months without an approved payment arrangement may be canceled.
Canceled reservations may require a $150 reinstatement fee, subject to availability and supplier approval.
Contact tanya@adrenalinehqtravel.com before the scheduled payment date to request a payment-date adjustment. Requests submitted within five days of the payment date may not be accommodated.
The final payment deadline cannot be extended.
Name Changes
Reservations must be submitted using the traveler’s full legal name exactly as it appears on the passport.
Approved name changes are subject to supplier rules and a minimum $75 administrative fee.
Name changes will not be accepted within 60 days of departure unless expressly approved by every applicable supplier.
Passport and Entry Requirements
A valid passport is required for international travel.
Your passport name must match your reservation exactly.
Your passport should remain valid for at least six months beyond the scheduled return date. For this trip, your passport should not expire before January 8, 2028.
Travelers are responsible for confirming all passport-validity, visa, health and entry requirements before departure.
Adrenaline-HQ Travel is not responsible for travelers who are denied boarding or entry because of missing, expired or incorrect documentation.
Flight Information
Flights are not included.
Travelers will fly into I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport—DPS.
Because of the flight duration and time-zone difference, travelers will likely need to depart the United States on June 29 or June 30 to arrive before the trip begins on July 1.
Flight coordination will begin in January 2027 so travelers can select compatible arrival times whenever possible.
Important Travel Terms
By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and accept the applicable trip terms and conditions.
Travelers are responsible for:
- Remaining current with the payment schedule
- Obtaining all required travel documents
- Purchasing appropriate travel protection
- Reviewing current destination-entry requirements
- Assessing whether they can safely participate in the scheduled activities
- Providing accurate registration and passport information
The final itinerary and travel documents will generally be distributed approximately 7–14 days before departure.
Activities, accommodations and schedules may be adjusted because of weather, supplier availability, safety concerns or circumstances outside the control of Adrenaline-HQ Travel.
Photographs and video may be captured during the trip and used in future marketing. Let us know before departure if you'd prefer not to be included.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I attend if I am traveling alone?
Yes. Solo travelers are welcome. Select the appropriate room option during registration. Roommate matching may be offered but is not guaranteed.
Are flights included?
No. International airfare is not included.

When should I leave the United States?
Most travelers will likely need to depart June 29 or June 30 to arrive by July 1. The exact date will depend on the flight itinerary.
Is a passport required?
Yes. Your passport must meet the entry requirements for Indonesia and match the name used on your reservation.
Is travel insurance required?
Travel insurance is not required, but it's strongly recommended. Look for coverage that includes trip cancellation, trip interruption, and emergency medical care and check the purchase window for Cancel for Any Reason coverage if you want that option, since it usually needs to be bought soon after your first payment.
Can I make monthly payments?
Yes. Monthly payments are available and will be scheduled after your deposit.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. Deposits and trip payments are nonrefundable.
Can I choose my roommate?
Yes. Every roommate must complete a separate registration, submit the deposit and remain current with payments.
Will we have free time?
Yes. The itinerary includes organized group experiences and personal free time.
Cancellation policy:
All deposits and trip payments are nonrefundable.
Adrenaline-HQ Travel secures accommodations, transportation and group activities based on confirmed participation. Many suppliers do not provide refunds after group reservations have been made.
Should you need to cancel, email tanya@adrenalinehqtravel.com as soon as possible.
A replacement traveler or name change may be considered when permitted by the applicable suppliers. Approval is not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply.
Purchasing comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
