This is a wedding event. To attend the wedding you will need to fill out the form or call our agent Trish at 316-729-8589.
Included in this trip:- Your stay, for however long you wish. (between 3 to 7 night are ready for you)
- Wedding and reception attendance for Katie and Tristyn Sat. Feb 1, 2020 wedding.
- All other meals, snacks, drinks, entertainment, non-motorized water sports.
- Day time and evening entertainment on property. If you need resort Information go to the Wedding website
- Assistance for your questions about passports and other travel information.
- Assistance for packing - what can and cannot be taken with on a plane.
- If needed -easy changes to roommates or room category.
- Reminders about important due dates.
What's not included:
- Travel insurance - optional. Just 4U Travel recommends you protect your vacation dollars with Travel Insurance (sometimes called Travel Protection)
- Cost of your passport if you do not have one. Passports are valid 10 years on adults, you may have one from a past trip.
- Check luggage fees.
- Spa treatments - like massages and manicures

Payment and cancellation policy:
Deposit to hold your room is $100 per ADULT, due on or before June 28, 2019
Rooms held after June 28, 2019 need to have a $500 deposit
Second deposit per room $900.00 due Sept 26, 2019 ( OR travel insurance needs to be collected)
Remaining balances are due Nov. 15, 2019

Late fee- you will get reminders, there is a $50 late fee. After Nov 22, without payment, your room will be released and penalties from the resort and airline (if any will be imposed.)

What you need to do:Decide how long you want to stay? Example 4 nights can arrive on Mexico Thursday and depart on Monday. 5 nights Can be arriving Wednesday and return home on Monday.Travel window is any time between Jan 29 and Feb 5, 2020... (travel dates outside of the window can be requested IF needed).Count the number of adults in your party.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All persons, including children, must have a passport book to travel outside the U.S. Visit http://www.travel.state.gov for additional information, download required documents or call the Passport Information Line at 1-877-487-2778. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing new passports. Names on airline tickets must match your passport!
Ø TRAVEL PROTECTION- Optional and strongly recommended
Ø Travel Protection is available which provides protection for items such as trip cancellation due to illness; medical
emergencies; trip interruption/delay expenses; lost/damaged baggage; etc. Pricing may vary based on total travel
(land and airfare) cost and traveler’s age. Travel Protection premium is non-refundable once purchased.
Coverage for stays without airfare for 4 nights is $60.99 per person. Plus $20 when airfare is included.
Coverage for stays without airfare for 5 nights or longer is $90.99 per person. Plus $40 when airfare is included.
Ø Final travel Documents and complete instructions for guests are issued and mailed about 21 days prior to travel.
NOTE: All wedding events will be at Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort . Should you choose to stay at an alternate resort or book your room with other sources, you must purchase a wedding/resort day pass at $125/per person at your own expense to enjoy the amenities and attend wedding activities.
Day passes are valid on the wedding day only for a 8 hours only.

Group pricing(included our Wedding ceremony and reception is only available with Trish at Just 4U Travel. We care about your travel experience and want this to be stress-free for you. Please respect our wishes, DO NOT reserve your room through other source or online booking companies to make your reservation.
