By submitting your deposit and booking Booked, Bossed & Beachside 2: Jamaica Edition, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests must be emailed to travelwithshakir@gmail.com. Verbal cancellation requests, text messages, social media messages, or requests made through another traveler will not be accepted as an official cancellation.

💰 $100 Deposit Is Nonrefundable

The $100 per-person deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable once your reservation has been confirmed.

If you choose to cancel your reservation for any reason, your $100 deposit will not be returned.

💳 Additional Payments

Any refund eligibility for payments made above the $100 nonrefundable deposit will be determined according to the applicable supplier/resort cancellation terms and the date your written cancellation request is received.

Please understand that as the departure date approaches, additional amounts paid toward your reservation may become nonrefundable.

🚨 Cancellation 2 Days or Less Before the Trip

If your written cancellation request is received two (2) days or less before the scheduled start of the trip, you will be assessed a cancellation charge equivalent to one (1) night's hotel stay, in addition to the nonrefundable $100 deposit and any other applicable supplier penalties.

✈️ No-Shows & Unused Travel

Failure to arrive for the trip without submitting a cancellation request does not entitle the traveler to a refund.

No refunds or credits will be provided by Travel With Shakir for unused portions of the travel package due to late arrival, early departure, missed flights, personal decisions, or other circumstances outside of Travel With Shakir's control, subject to any applicable supplier terms.
