Deposit Schedule Payment schedule as follows:

A $1000 Deposit is due to fully secure spot except Suites

  • To secure your spot:
    Just $250 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due immediately gets you started.
    Then make easy payments twice a month on the 15th and 1st until you reach the full $1,000 deposit.
    Once you hit $1,000, your space is officially reserved!
 
 
The remainder balance will be divided into monthly payments. The amount will vary depending on when you book your spot. You will receive an invoice with the monthly schedule. After checking out and your booking is confirmed.  You can choose auto-pay or pay at your convenience until the final balance is due.

Final balance is due by  November 15, 2026.

 

REVISION FEES

Changes to a Reservation

Deposit to 121 days prior to sailing a $150.00 name change will apply. One name change per booking will be allowed.

After Final Payment (120 Days) - Up to 61 Days Prior to Departure = $350 Change Fee Per Person [Changing both guests’ names on a booking is considered a full cancellation. Such requests will be treated as a cancelled booking and full cancellation terms will apply. ]

60 - 0 Days Prior to Departure = No Name Changes allowed. Any change is considered a cancellation, and full cancellation penalties will apply

Passport Rendezvous Travel CANCELLATION CHARGES

Cancellations of confirmed bookings and transfers to new travel dates both result in penalties and fees assessed by Passport Rendezvous Travel and Atlas Ocean.

If you must cancel your expedition, the following fees will be assessed:

Days Prior to Voyage Start Date   Cancellation Fee
Deposit – 121 days prior to sailing   $500 Per Person Administration Fee
120 to 91 days prior to sailing   25% Cancellation Fee
90 to 76 days prior to sailing   50% Cancellation Fee
75 to 46 days prior to sailing   75% Cancellation Fee
45 to 0 days prior to sailing (including non-appearance at the port of cruise embarkation at the scheduled time of departure)   100% Cancellation Fee

Cancellation fees will be assessed on the Cruise Fares, excluding Government Taxes and Fees. Refunds will be provided for Government Taxes and Fees in the event of cancellation.

 
Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended. If you decline, you will have to sign a waiver of release. To purchase insurance we recommend TravelGuard or Allianz. Travel insurance must be purchased within 2 weeks of deposit. Proof of purchase will be required.
