Cancellation Policy
    •    More than 75 Days Prior to Departure: Loss of deposit.
    •    Between 74 and 30 Days Prior to Departure: 50% of total tour cost.
    •    Between 29 Days Prior to Departure and Day of Departure: 100% of total tour cost.

Deposits and final payments may be due earlier depending on the specific trip requirements, including but not limited to cruise, ferry, train, inter-trip flights, and special inclusions. Individual hotel policies may also dictate earlier deadlines or additional penalties.

Additional Penalties:
For trips that include cruises, ferries, trains, inter-trip flights, and special inclusions, additional or early cancellation penalties may apply. Third-party costs incurred due to cancellations will be passed on to the guest.

Name Changes:
Name changes are considered as cancellations and are subject to penalties if third-party costs are involved. Any name corrections for airline tickets are subject to the individual airline’s policies.

Rail and Cruise Tours:
For tours with rail or cruise components, additional supplier penalties may apply, depending on the cancellation date.

Individual Cancellations:
Individual cancellations may necessitate an adjustment in the per-person tour rate.

No Refunds:
No refunds are available for cancellations after the tour has commenced or for any services, including accommodation, meals, or other inclusions, not utilized.
