Terms & Conditions:

1. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book a room on their own.
2. All rates per person in U.S. Dollars and based on double occupancy unless stated otherwise. Prices are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and may change if travel dates or package components change.
3. Travel arrangements may subject to additional costs imposed by suppliers and/or government entities, including fuel surcharges, taxes, or other fees, which may occur after purchase.
4. Room categories and bedding configurations are requested but not guaranteed by suppliers.
5. Passports are NOT required, but are strongly recommended for faster boarding, easier re-entry in emergencies, and peace of mind while traveling. If not using a passport, an original birth certificate (with raised seal) + government-issued photo ID may be used to board the ship.
6. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the travel dates, as required by many countries.
7. For your protection, we highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. Insurance may provide coverage for trip cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, baggage, and more. Policy terms, coverage limitations, and exclusions are determined solely by the insurer. Declining travel insurance means you accept all financial risk for trip interruption or cancellation for any reason. If declined, you will be required to submit a form stating that you have declined travel the protection.

9. Payments must be made by the due dates on the invoice. Payments received more than 5 days late may incur a $50 monthly late fee unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Force Majeure: Events outside reasonable control — including but not limited to severe weather, hurricanes, pandemics, earthquakes, war, civil unrest, supplier cancellations, flight schedule changes, or governmental actions — may impact travel plans. In such cases, adjustments, rebooking, or refunds will follow the policies of each supplier (hotel, airline, cruise line, etc.).
11. Limitation of Liability: We coordinate travel arrangements as an independent agent and are not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of travel suppliers. We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, delays, inconveniences, or losses beyond our direct control. Your sole remedy for supplier failure is limited to the supplier’s policies.
