WynD Love Travel   - Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Process:
   - Pricing of travel is based on various factors and changes continuously. Travelers must place a deposit within 48 hours of the travel request research being fulfilled to lock in the quoted prices. Any additional repricing requests will incur a $25 fee.
   - All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by WynD Love Travel.
   - Clients must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
   - Booking confirmation will be provided via email within 2 business days of payment or deposit.

2. Payment:
   - A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the type of travel package.
   - Payment for deposits and trip payments must be made via credit/debit cards, gift card, 3rd party financing (FlexPay (formerly Uplift), Slice, Klarna, etc), vendor gift card, or travel credit. All credit card payments must be accompanied by a credit card authorization form and valid government ID (when required by the supplier).

   -Payments for all administrative fees, including cancellation fees, can be made via Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle.

   - Final payment deadlines will be communicated to clients and must be adhered to in order to avoid cancellation by the supplier.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:
   - Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of travel package and the terms of individual suppliers.
   - All travel protection/insurance purchases are nonrefundable.
   - Clients must adhere to the cancellation policies outlined by WynD Love Travel and its suppliers.
   - Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by WynD Love Travel.
   - Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms and conditions of the supplier(s) and may be subject to processing fees.

4. Changes and Amendments:
   - Requests for changes to bookings, such as date changes or modifications to itineraries, are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees charged by WynD Love Travel. These fees are in addition to any supplier-imposed fees.
   - The following administrative fees will be charged by WynD Love Travel:
     - First name correction: Free
     - Subsequent name correction: $20 each
     - Transportation changes (flight, train, rental car) other than those due to unreasonable/incompatible vendor changes: $50
     - Accommodation and cruise changes, other than those due to natural catastrophes, civil unrest, newly imposed travel restrictions/advisories, accommodation closure/cancellation, and cruise line cancellation/modification: $50
     - Modifications to tours, excursions, and special events (e.g., private chef, spa services, private gatherings): $25
     - Rebooking of canceled vacations: 1-4 travelers: $50 with an additional $25 per traveler past 4

5. Travel Documents and Insurance:
   - It is the responsibility of clients to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.
   - Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase travel protection/insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost baggage. Declining travel protection/insurance places all risk of loss and liability on the client.

6. Liability:
   - WynD Love Travel serves as an intermediary between clients and suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators) and is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during travel.
   - Clients are advised to review the terms and conditions of suppliers for any additional liability limitations.
   - Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase travel protection/insurance. Declination of travel protection/insurance places all risk of loss and liability on the client.

7. Force Majeure:
   - WynD Love Travel is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and government restrictions.

8. Governing Law:
   - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New York State, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York State.

9. Acceptance:
   - By continuing to book this package with WynD Love Travel, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

This group booking is governed by the official Guest Ticket Contract, Booking Conditions, and Global Purchase Terms & Conditions of Celebrity Cruise Lines. By making payment, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these supplier terms.
 
Key Points to Note:
 
  • Payments & Cancellations: Deposit and final payment deadlines apply; cancellation fees increase as departure nears.
  • Fare Inclusions: Cruise fare covers stateroom accommodations, classic beverage package, basic Wi-Fi,  and most meals; optional services (shore excursions, specialty dining, premium beverages or Wi-Fi, etc.) are additional.
  • Changes & Substitutions: Celebrity Cruises reserves the right to modify itineraries or substitute vessels for operational or safety reasons.
  • Guest Conduct & Health: All travelers must comply with onboard safety and conduct policies.
  • Liability: The Guest Ticket Contract limits the cruise line’s liability for personal injury, illness, or lost property. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

I authorize WynD Love Travel to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of the suppliers. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
