Annual Train Ride to the Plains Peanut Festival

 

Join us for our annual Train Ride experience, a day filled with fun, community, and great food.

 

We will board the historic train in Cordele, Georgia, and enjoy a scenic ride to Plains, Georgia to experience the beloved Plains Peanut Festival. Once we arrive, you’ll have time to explore the festival, enjoy local vendors, music, and celebrate the charm of this historic town.

 

After the festival, we’ll board the train once again for our relaxing ride back to Cordele.

 

The day doesn’t end there. Once we return, guests will gather at a private venue in Cordele for a delicious all-you-can-eat fried seafood buffet, the perfect way to end a memorable day together.

 

Your experience includes:

• Roundtrip train ticket (Cordele to Plains Roundtrip)

• Free time to enjoy the Plains Peanut Festival (4-hour layover) 

• All-you-can-eat fried seafood buffet and sweet tea (private venue - after train ride)

 

This annual event brings together great people, a scenic train ride, small-town charm, and amazing food. Seats are limited, so be sure to secure yours early.
