Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, you MUST notify us in writing at trips@kim-travels.com or via our messaging platform.

The initial deposit made to secure your reservation is non-refundable for all bookings cancelled without travel insurance.

Payments made to a land-only reservation beyond the initial deposit will be refunded in the original form of payment if the reservation is canceled on or before May 28, 2026 (minus the non-refundable deposit).

Land-only cancellations made without insurance will incur a two-night penalty after May 29, 2026.

Guests who have secured travel insurance may cancel their reservation at any time prior to departure for any reason and receive a full refund (back to the original payment method), minus the cost of the travel insurance.

If a traveler becomes ill during the trip and has not purchased travel insurance, all hospital and medical expenses will be the traveler’s sole responsibility.
