Our Mediterranean Elegance Signature Journey includes a limited allocation of Veranda Suites at contracted group rates.

Suite occupancy varies by category and individual suite. Third and fourth guest pricing applies only to suites designed to accommodate additional guests and remains subject to availability at the time of booking.
Only 10 suites are included in our initial group allocation. Suite categories will be offered in Priority Suite Selection order and are subject to remaining inventory when reservations are confirmed.
Deposit & Final Payment
Once your suite is selected and you are ready to officially confirm your reservation, a Seabourn deposit equal to 25% of the applicable cruise fare will be required.
Final payment is due June 2, 2028.
Because supplier payment requirements can change, your individual Seabourn booking confirmation will provide the final payment date and cancellation schedule applicable to your reservation.
How It Works
Step One — Register
Complete your Priority Suite Selection Registration. There is no payment required at the time of registration. Your registration date establishes your place in line for suite selection.
Step Two — We Reach 10 Priority Registrations
Once we receive 10 Priority Suite Selection Registrations, Mediterranean Elegance will move forward as a hosted Signature Journey. Registered guests will be notified that the required participation threshold has been reached.
Step Three — Priority Registration Fee Is Processed
At that time, the authorized $100 per-suite Priority Registration Fee payable to Sea & Sun Travel Agency will be processed for the first 10 registrations. This professional fee becomes non-refundable once processed and is separate from your Seabourn cruise deposit and cruise fare.
Step Four — Select & Reserve Your Suite
We'll begin suite selection in the order Priority Suite Selection Registrations were received. When your turn arrives, you'll receive the suite categories and contracted group rates that remain available.
You will have 48 hours from the time your suite selection invitation is sent to select your suite and move forward with the required Seabourn cruise deposit. We will also call you to notify you that we've sent the suite selection invitation.
If you do not select a suite and proceed with your deposit within the 48-hour selection period, we will move to the next guest in Priority Suite Selection order. Your $100 Priority Registration Fee will remain non-refundable.
Once you've selected your suite and the required Seabourn cruise deposit has been processed, your reservation will be officially confirmed.
Priority Waitlist
Once the initial 10 Priority Suite Selection positions are filled, additional registrations will be placed on our priority waitlist in the order received. Should a suite selection opportunity become available, we'll contact the next guest on the waitlist.
Once processed, the $100 Priority Registration Fee is non-refundable. This is a professional fee paid to Sea & Sun Travel Agency, is separate from your Seabourn cruise deposit and cruise fare, and will not be applied toward your Seabourn reservation or final cruise balance.
Important Information
Participation in Priority Suite Selection is intended for travelers who are seriously considering joining Mediterranean Elegance: French Riviera, Sardinia & Corsica.
Submitting a Priority Suite Selection Registration does not create a confirmed Seabourn reservation, and no $100 Priority Registration Fee will be processed until all 10 Priority Suite Selection positions have been registered.
Once the suite confirmation process begins and your $100 Priority Registration Fee has been processed, that fee is non-refundable regardless of whether you subsequently complete your Seabourn cruise reservation.
Your Seabourn reservation becomes confirmed only after you have selected an available suite, reviewed the applicable fare and booking terms, authorized your reservation, and paid the required Seabourn cruise deposit.
All Seabourn reservations are subject to the booking terms, payment schedule, cancellation policies, and cruise contract applicable at the time your individual reservation is confirmed.
Travel protection is required for all guests participating in this hosted Signature Journey. We strongly recommend selecting a policy with cancellation benefits appropriate for your travel needs, including optional Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) coverage when available and desired.
Sea & Sun Travel Agency does not provide reimbursement for cancellation penalties, supplier-imposed fees, professional fees, or other non-refundable travel expenses. Any eligible reimbursement for a covered cancellation is determined by the travel protection provider according to the terms and conditions of the purchased policy.
Guests will receive and review applicable supplier terms, cancellation schedules, and travel protection information before authorizing their Seabourn cruise deposit.
Standard Policy for Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation
In the case that you need to cancel your cruise vacation, you may be charged a fee based on the standard Seabourn cancellation policy. For booked guests, please review your booking confirmation email which contains the cancellation schedule and final payment terms that apply to you. For full details and booking conditions, please also refer to the Seabourn Cruise Contract.
Since a cancellation likely means a diminished opportunity to sell space on other cruises, the cancellation fees in the schedules below apply regardless of whether Your space is resold. You hereby agree that losses sustained by us in the event of Your cancellation would be very difficult or impossible to quantify, and that the fees set forth in our cancellation policy represent a fair and reasonable assessment as liquidated damages. The amount of cancellation fee varies based on length of sailing for the Cruise and timing of cancellation for cruise, as illustrated in the schedules below.
If booked December 17, 2024 or later:
*Fee per Guest converts to a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) in the same dollar amount, which may be used by Guest on new Cruise bookings. FCC is valid for one (1) year and will expire thereafter if not redeemed, at which time it will be null and void.

Once you've selected your suite and the required Seabourn cruise deposit has been processed, your reservation will be officially confirmed.
Priority Waitlist
Once the initial 10 Priority Suite Selection positions are filled, additional registrations will be placed on our Priority Waitlist in the order received.
If a suite selection opportunity becomes available, we'll contact the next guest on the Priority Waitlist. The $100 Priority Registration Fee will only be processed for a waitlisted guest once they are offered the opportunity to move into an available Priority Suite Selection position.
Important Information
Priority Suite Selection establishes the order in which registered guests will have the opportunity to select from our available contracted suites. Registration does not guarantee a particular suite category or suite number. Suite selection remains subject to availability when your turn in the Priority Suite Selection process is reached.
Submitting the Priority Suite Selection Registration does not create a confirmed Seabourn reservation. No $100 Priority Registration Fee will be processed for the first 10 registrations until the participation threshold of 10 Priority Suite Selection Registrations has been reached.
Once the participation threshold has been reached and your $100 Priority Registration Fee has been processed, that fee is non-refundable, including if you subsequently decide not to complete your Seabourn cruise reservation or do not proceed within your 48-hour suite selection period.
Your Seabourn cruise reservation is confirmed only after you select an available suite and the required Seabourn cruise deposit has been processed.
