As per the following terms and conditions, which include our terms and conditions you agreed to when you signed our planning agreement for travel services, as well as the terms and conditions described/stated in your booking confirmation from the supplier (the "Agreement"). The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Sea & Sun Travel Agency and the term "you", "your", "I", and "me" refers to the individual at the time of booking and who signed the agreement. I also understood that if any refund from any package or excursion booked as part of the reservation mentioned is due, it could take up to four (4) weeks or more after the trip ended to post to your credit/debit card. Refunds will be contingent on terms and conditions of the specific supplier booked.
I also understood that if you have a roommate(s), your roommate(s) will be impacted by your cancellation. Your roommate(s) will have to pay additional funds to reflect the new occupancy rate OR a cancellation fee due to your decision. This additional cancellation cost to your roommate(s) should be resolved between you and your roommate(s) and NOT the agent(s) or agency of

I also understood that if I was to cancel my booking, that per the Planning Agreement signed by me, a $100 cancellation fee would apply. Further, I agree that the $100 cancellation fee must be paid to Sea & Sun Travel Agency prior to the package/booking being cancelled.
I certify that I was the authorized user of the credit card used to book this trip and that I will not dispute the payment made with my credit card company which may result in legal action against me so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on the booking confirmation.
